Their Double Drawn range is the best I've come across in London so far..! Really good quality and thickness for double drawn. Seeing some of the other reviews makes me wonder if people actually have a fair expectation with their purchases especially when all the info is online? You must care for your extensions ladies lol. Anyways, keep up the good work! My stylist was amazed at the quality and said she will be adding you to her vendor list!!

I was sooo disappointed in the quality of hair provided. The hair that I received was most certainly not raw hair. The bundles were actually good and good quality but they were definitely processed and definitely virgin hair as opposed to what it was sold as… Raw hair. The closure completely broke my heart. My stylist went in as normal to bleach the knots (which took several attempts) and wash and the closure began to fall apart. It became super corse in texture and needed so much product and work for it to be nearly presentable. This hair was purchased for my 30th birthday and I had a flight to catch same day so replacing wasn’t even an option. To make matters worst, they said they deliver next day and it wasn’t delivered next day…. Safe to say and it breaks my heart because I had really high hopes but I will not be repurchasing nor recommending.

Bought three different types of bundles all three had a foul smell that did not come out no matter how much washing, conditioning, baking soda, vinegar, vodka, fabric softener etc I used to clean it. Terrible customer service and refused to give me a refund so I have wasted over a thousand pounds on this terrible hair that I cannot wear because it smells so bad.

I have been buying my hair for more then 2 years now I have never experience a such a frizzy hair from hair virginity. I have always ordered Malaysian hair and I have never had this problem. When I contacted virgin hair to find out why they have stop doing the Malaysian hair they told me that Peruvian hair is similar which is a lie nothing compare to the Malaysian good quality. This time I got 5 packs of the Peruvian hair and I feel like I’ve wasted my money. I don’t recommend this hair is very frizzy they need to bring the Malaysian quality, otherwise they going to lose a lot of customers.

Hair not as advertised...its way to brown and when it was refunded to me the process was so long-winded unprofessional and made you feel fraudulent for buying their products when they were the one that duped me with an inaccurate representation of their hair. Refunded me at 70% of money I paid too

Happy with my purchase. Quality hair, secure. Fast delivery on customised wigs.The natural colour 1b was a little too Auburn for me, I had to bleach the knots and die the hair darker, But overall, a good purchase and would definitely recommend and purchase from again.

Chileeeee, this hair is not to be played with, the quality of the double drawn bundles go crazy, chile this hair deadass got me feeling indian. Will definitely be buying from here again and i recommend you get to it girlies.

I ordered three packs of Yaki straight Peruvian hair, totaling £345. What I received were three bundles with different textures: one being Yaki and the other two being straight. I enquired and was offered an exchange, which I initially accepted. However, upon receiving the exchanged hair, I realised that the hair quality is indeed very poor, especially for the price. The hair feels like straw, essentially. Originally, I wanted a refund but accepted an exchange instead. Honestly, I regret not insisting on a refund. So much has gone wrong; I even had to cancel a hair appointment because I wasn’t sent the correct texture initially. Although the customer service is responsive, the product itself is severely lacking. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing.originally I had ordered from HairVirginity because I saw how amazing the girls on their instagram looked, a lot of them being influencers. I’m finding it hard to believe that the same hair I received is the same hair the company sends influencers.

They were very polite and helpful when answering questions I had about my order. The hair is AMAZING and worth every single penny I spent. You can tell it is real raw hair with no synthetic mix, it feels and looks so beautiful. Definitely found my new hair vendors 😍

If I could give any lower I would, the “raw” hair I’ve received is far from real raw hair. My tapes are not only thin but covered in split ends. The hair was supposed to be DD but is extremely thin. I have tried to email but no response. The refund process is complicated aswell. Definitely would not recommend to anyone at all.

Poor hair quality. Ordered Brazilian hair but it looks like it’s blended with fake hair. There are red strands in it and the hair has split ends. For the price I paid (over £400) for closure and three bundles, it’s NOT worth it. I’ve bought cheaper hair from Aliexpress which was better quality. I’m not happy I wasted so much money and do not recommend anyone to use this company. The only nice thing was the box the hair came in. I’m very disappointed and feel robbed.

Amazing company & amazing hair. Ive purchased from HV four times now, all different textures & every-time is great. No processed smell to the hair & after a co wash & rinse the water ran clear, that let me know their hair is not chemically treated and 100%virgin from source. Recently purchased 4x single drawn malaysian straight bundles, beautiful sheen even without product on the hair, it holds a curl really well & for single drawn wefts the bundles have great density. Presentation always above and beyond, white box & silver satin bag. The reason why I give this company 10/10 is the customer service & delivery options. As someone who regularly makes wigs, and always needing hair as soon as possible, the fact i can get the hair next day delivery and before 1pm, amazing honestly. Ladies please dont let the other reviews scare you, i don't play when it comes to reviews, because in the current climate no one wants to waste their money and this one is the honest truth its worth every penny the hair is 10/10. I wish the ceo & team of HV an amazing 2024, love to see ladies winning & making boss moves x

This product is awful. I have had it for two days and it is tangled and shedding. It has been advertised as raw virgin hair and it is not. I am very disappointed and will never purchase from this company again it took a week and a half to deliver I paid for one day delivery. There are so many things that went wrong.

The hair is awful on instagram I tried to warn ppl they hair do not look the same in person and they blocked me. Disgusting company I will never purchase nothing from them again or recommended my family too they don’t answer emails either I told them that I’m wearing the closure cause I can’t wait I needed my hair desperately and already booked a appointment and they never answered email and blocked me be wary they block ppl for no reason and don’t answer just take your money and give you awful hair especially the brazillian the shedding awful the colour of lace awful please go elsewhere do not buy from them if you see my review don’t under any circumstances spend your money on this company and they reported my review so you cant see the unfair treatment
