I was thrilled when my order arrived. I have to admit I thought it was too good to be true but within 2 days the bracelet was in half and the ring had lost one of stones. Totally disappointed

Took money before anything received, definatly a scam. Money shoud never be taken before delivery. Checked Companies House dissolved 2013.

False advertising not a British owned jewellers closing down. Cheap tacky comes in a plastic bag. Took at least 2 weeks to arrive . Scam

Ordered some jewellery from this company apparently free just pay postage. Received after a couple of weeks. Unless you like junk jewellery do not buy from this company. They say it is gold and hallmarked NOT TRUE. No hallmark on any of it and not very well made. Asked for an address twice to return items for a refund as yet they have offered 20% refund and no return address as yet. THIS IS A SCAM DON'T BE DUPED. If 8could give less than 1 * I would

I wish they didn't have to retire. I ordered a beautiful, emerald cross necklace. I do not have much in nice jewelry. I was robbed a few years ago and they took everything worth good money.

When I saw this, at first, I couldn't believe it. I ordered, it was delivered and I love it. I am going t visit a dear friend in the hospital tomorrow, wearing the necklace.

I ordered 8 pieces of jewellery some for myself some as gifts. The service was quick and I was kept in touch with Harrison and James. It is a great pity an excellent business has to close, offering free stock was extremely kind.

I placed an order for a beautiful ring and when it arrived, someone had cut a slit in the packaging and removed the ring. After contacting Harrison, customer service support got busy on resolving my issue immediately and are resending the ring promptly. Their customer service is the best. And I do mean, the best..
