Kinsale road store staff are wonderful
I went into collect a click and collect purchase. The staff I met were excellent, top notch and a pleasure to work with.
I look forward to my next purchase which will be an in-person purchase in the store based on how good the staff were

Outstanding service
The level of service really surprised me.
I needed help choosing a couple of TVs and the sales assistant I met could not have done a better job. He was extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, patient and good humoured. A rare enough experience nowadays. I'll certainly seek him out again and I recommend you do too. Well done Harvey Norman and special thanks to Jordan.

Click and collect
Click and collect. No product in store and one had to be brought from another store. It took over a week and I got feedback on the pickup only because I called for an update.

Poor sales recommendation
We were looking for blender to make milkshakes and asked the sales rep what they would recommend. We brought a ninja blender and soup maker on their recommendation.
We later found out about the ninja creami deluxe, which would suit our use case much better. While they had it in stock when we checked the website later, it was not suggested to us in store and we didn't see it on display.

I asked where do I queue for click and collect and the cashier told me in the cashier queue, when my turn came he asked me what do I need to collect and when I said a camera he told me to go back in the click and collect queue. No respect for customers time wasted.

I order a washing machine online and…
I order a washing machine online and picked a pick up place that was in kinsale round about in cork city i had to drive from the other side of the city and when i got there i got send around the shop to kitchen applaince team where i was told that i have to go to another side of the coty to there werhouse whn i got there they were un able to find my order thek took my name all needed deatil and nothing until they called the store back at kinsale round about at this steage it took 1,5h and if you leave in cork u know little island is not tue place you want to be at 16:00-17:00 woth traffic
If i order it to location it should be thw location

I placed an order for collection then…
I placed an order for collection then when I got there after the email item was not ready for collection at the store so that was a waste of driving over 60 kilometres. Also staff there are not very hectic you could be wandering around to be able get assistance (not all of them though)

No communication
Kinsale store told us product would be available next day for collection in Little Island. Drove all the way to Little Island and they had no info on the order. Then got email to say order was ready for collection in Kinsale store. Absolute joke, no communication and a waste of diesel

Excellent service
Delivery date notified to me straight away, following online purchase.
They arrived, installed and removed the packaging and old appliances within 30 mins. It was 9.30am and my day wasn't wasted hanging around.

Collecting items is a poor experience
The signage inside to get to the pick up point was poor. When I arrived there a second employee sitting at a cash register made no effort to let me know he could help me, that I didn't have to wait at the point marked collection point for the person in front to finish. That person was just paying not collecting something. Then instead of taking the number and going to get the piece he wanted to know what it was and how big it was etc. There seemed a lack of order about it all.
