HAULABLE IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS THEY WILL JUST RUIN YOUR BUSINESS
I booked for 2 pallets to be collected from my business. The followings are my tracking codes: GB3220675057 / GB6220686683.
Haulable collected the pallets on 17/07/2023 and they were supposed to be delivered to my customers the following day (on 18/07/2023). To date, none of the pallets has been delivered and Haulable is not even able to give me any information about my items. This leaves me dealing with my customers who phone me every hour to request the cancellation of their orders (the 2 pallets).
If Haulable cannot deliver, they should at least return the shipments to me. But I keep contacting them and they keep telling me they do not know where the parcels are. The tracking numbers do not show anything.
HAULABLE IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS THEY WILL JUST RUIN YOUR BUSINESS

easy to use price comparison. Avoid P4D though
Haulable are an easy to use quote system to compare haulage costs. Haulable are the price comparison people. But do not use P4D as your hauler, they damaged one of my pallets and refused to accept any liability for this.

Great experience and great service. I even called to check my delivery times and the person l spoke to knew what he was talking about. Every thing was delivered on time and would 100% use the service again.

Do not use this service. Will take your money and refrain from delivering your goods and not tell you about it!!! No such thing as next-day delivery, rebooked twice and failed to show up.

This is the WORST company for pallet…
This is the WORST company for pallet delivery, worst customer service
We booked the collection for 2 pallet 1week in advance but they never come to pick up the pallets, we have contacted customer service, they assured us 100% collection will be Next Day and no one show up and always we contacted them always Next Day until we decided to use another company.
If you don't want customer disappointment and late delivery AVOID this company
