Healthcare Abroad are knowledgeable and professional and kept in touch with me throughout the journey I embarked upon for my hip replacement. The staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to assist and reassure me. They provided me with certainty about when and where my surgery would take place and they arranged all my appointments and transfers once I booked my flights and sorted out accommodation too. They were really excellent and I highly recommend them.

The hospital was very good,and for a hospital the food wasn't to bad. Physio very good, girls very nice. the hotel I thought was a bit hit and miss. the hotel itself and facilities were good, some of the staff left a bit to be desired and the food although there was a choice the hot food was cold unless you got it cooked fresh. I did find that more staff should have been on at breakfast, they kept running out of various pieces of cultery and plates etc and 1 girl couldn't do everything. The drivers were on the whole very nice and very helpful, but We are stuck out in a hotel not particularly near town, definante lack of taxis about and the drivers didn't have the time to take us anywhere, and I felt maybe they should work until 9pm

I always felt cared and seen. The drivers were a great connection between the hotel and tge hospital, always chatty and helpful.
The meds were sufficient to keep pain at bay and were changed when I needed.
The use of wheelchair and text availability was very helpful .

Very professional. Everything is arranged leaving little to do yourself. In Spain all the drivers liase with the doctors for you and are so helpful when you need something. If I needed surgery again I know where I'd go. No hesitation

Healthcare Abroad's professionalism made my experience so easy & comfortable from start to finish. Their staff go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and rehabilitation. The hospital staff are professional and caring and their english is very good. If you are suffering take my advice and contact them you definitely wont regret it.

There was a confusion when first contacted in Ireland as to where in Spain I would have my treatment. When we got to Spain this was sorted and I honestly couldn't recommend Healthcare Abroad highly enough. There attention to detail was second to none and nothing was too much for their staff who went out of their way to help with Transport, medications, even groceries. The drivers are so friendly and professional and the hospital service and staff is such a pleasure to go through. Should I ever need surgery again I will definitely be using and recommending Healthcare Abroad.

I travelled to Madrid in March of this year to have a medical procedure, organised for me by Healthcare abroad. My wife travelled with me, and we were met in the airport and brought to our accommodation by healthcare’s driver, Javier, who also drove me to the hospital the following day for my pre-op, and two days later for the operation itself. Javier could not have been more helpful, and thought nothing of going beyond his remit to make our time in Madrid as comfortable, and movement around the city as convenient as possible. Laura, who looked after the medical end of things, did so brilliantly. A Dubliner like ourselves, she spoke fluent Spanish, and her familiarity with both the hospital and the doctors meant that everything was made clear, and everything ran as smoothly as possible. She also made it her business to call to the recovery ward after the operation to make sure I had anything and everything I needed. The doctors and the hospital were also first class, and, from my overall experience I would have no hesitation in reccomending Healthcare Abroad to anyone considering using their services.

Staff treated us so well! My wife also had an accident and broke her pelvis while out there during my recovery. Adam was a big help even on his day off he came to help her and went with her to the hospital to translate. I can’t recommend enough how good and thorough they are.

Since I stepped in to Dublin airport health care abroad were amazing the hospital was absolutely spotless the staff went above and beyond for me but most of all my drivers from hotels to hospitals they became my family they made me feel so so safe I actually can not get over my experience it was 10/10 I would recommend yous to everyone thank yous all so so much from the bottom of my heart yous have a special place in me that I will never forget

From start to finish it has been excellent. The organising from home, the help with credit union loans and from I landed was exceptional. The drivers, John , Frankie and Adam, Amy have all been super. The hotel we stayed at as perfect and very nice staff there and the hospital staff, surgeon, doctors, nurses and physio all great. Definitely would recommend rather than the waiting lists in Ireland. The care you are given is really great.

From the moment I made contact with healthcare abroad they have been extremely helpful and professional any questions .help or anxieties I had they put me at easy .
I had a total knee transplant in Malaga and Rosa and David the local contacts from healthcare where absolutely there for me with transfers from airport to hospital appointments and physio appointments they where absolutely brilliant I cannot recommend them enough .I cannot speak highly enough of my experience dealing with healthcare abroad in Malaga .a big shout out to Rosa and David
And there was also no problem with language barriers as everyone spoke English and they even sorted the accommodation for me at the best possible rates ..

Healthcare abroad guided us through the whole process from start to finish. The physio sessions post surgery were fantastic, also provided with extra 4 weeks physio on line via app. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Absolutely kindness by all that worked for this company very efficient in what they do and never felt like I was in a different country. I got badly sick before the operation and I was looked after so well. I would highly recommend the service

The care and help I got from start to end was excellent. From putting everything in place, hospital visits, hotel and aftercare . The team that was with us in Spain made everything so easy and efficient. I can't thank everyone enough for helping me get my life back on track and know if I need any procedure in the future I won't hesitate to make that call again. I will also recommend to anyone I know needs help to do it this way.
