I had better service with helth engine…
I had better service with helth engine specially when i book an appointment with q1 medical center. the doctors in Q1 are exceptionally well to provide solutions to any of the health issues specially Dr Sudha and Dr Raja gave me and for my wife tremendous service, at last we found a family Doctor we really adore you Dr Sudha.

HealthEngine is not reliable …
Basically HealthEngine claims to simplify booking an appointment with your GP using its own online website, which in my case was linked to my GP's website. I have used it on three occasions. In my view the website is clunky and far from simple to navigate. It is probably be faster to phone your doctor. On the only occasion that I used the map reference to get more details on location, I found the practice was mistakenly placed over 300km away in north west Sydney. The final straw was when I turned up at my GP after an apparently successful booking through HealthEngine only to find they had no record of the appointment. I was told that this had happened on other occasions with other patients.

The website got worse over time
They have this multiple authentication system. I did the sms authentication for an appointment for my wife. But my wife didn’t do the authentication. As such, they sent me a confirmation saying the
appointment went through, but the clinic said they never received an appointment request through health engine. Very frustrating. We missed out on an important appointment today due to health engine’s mess up.
