Not reliable
I booked an appointment through healthengine which I have done many times before and was no available appointments for a week. I then had to call the GP to change and they advised they had appointments days earlier which were not on healthengine. How long has this been happening? I have been with my GP now for more than 10 years and I was considering getting another GP where I wouldn't have to wait a week to see them as this has been happening alot lately. I won't use healthengine again as I don't trust they are reliable.

Waste of time, dysfunctional app
dysfunctional app, waste of time filling out forms online as the clinics obviously don't trust HealthEngine and make you do it ALL again when you arrive.

I honestly believe this is the best way to find any specialist, GP, dentist or any other healthcare professional.
Easy and convenient, you can filter by bulk billing to day or time etc. It’s the best healthcare app.
