This company is fantastic. Any issue you may have gets quickly resolved and they are very generous too. Customer service is excellent and I have had no problems at all with their service and cannot fault it. Genuine and professional always. They even give me a free ticket on my birthday. I definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you all at health lottery you are the tops.

I will take up your suggestion that I use up my funds first and when they are done I will consider signing up for the scheduled payment automatic entries.

Never seem to win more then one free ticket. Im beginning to wonder if the balls actually drawn from a machine 🤔 or does a computer pull out a combination of numbers that know one has got 🤔. And where are the past big winners. There is no link on the website to show you any.

The person I got on the phone eventually was incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgeable sorting out my account.

I tried to phone their number (0330 390 2289) with a query at 9.34 am on 7th August 2026. All I got was seven minutes of music with no interruptions to tell me how important my call was to them. I therefore assumed that my call was not at all important to them, terminated the call and sent them an email to cancel my £47.60 per month direct debit. Life is too short to mess about with organisations that don't appreciate your contributions. I have cancelled my direct debit to them with my bank. I don't suppose they will care about losing almost £600 per year.

False advertising in the past and the chances of winning are really slim. All the time I have done it I’ve won £1.

Someone hacked my account, been on the phone 37 minutes waiting for someone to answer

its a broken entity cant log in cant change password etc etc time and time again put simply
it peronifies bad internet sales ,.very frustrating and time consuming . i am obviosly not the only pentioner disatified LOOK at the ratings . DO SOMETHING TO FIX IT. DONT APPOLOGISE FIX IT ,

First of all it is very small amount to play. also very safe to play and genuine company.
Big chance to win even small amount
If you even not win whatsoever dose not matters money goes to the good cause anyway.
I can guarantee withdraw issue within the second into the account no problem at all.
