I have been attempting for several months to access the credit on my Health Lottery account in order to make a withdrawal. Despite updating my details, my card information has not been amended on the system. I have contacted customer support multiple times via email with no response, and the helpline consistently diverts to an answerphone instructing callers to ring back during working hours — which is exactly when I have been calling.
It is extremely disappointing to experience such a lack of communication and support, particularly when the issue concerns access to my own funds. I would appreciate prompt action to resolve this matter and improve the standard of customer care.

Fixed and rigged! Like others have said, I've only ever won free tickets. I checked over my 'history plays' and found that many of the 'quick picks' are the same set of numbers! Even though I've played them at different times. This is not a 'random pick' at all! The same set of numbers repeatedly coming out in the quick picks is hardly random! Won't be playing again! Don't waste your money! Scam!

A total joke. I regularly play 5 lines. Not anymore. For many months. "They" say you can win more than the national lottery. Nah. All I have "won" is three free tickets and that's for getting the bonus ball. Never won a penny. Never have I had three numbers. Let alone four. I refuse to waste my money on this joke lottery. It's worse than the national lottery. Never again.

Web site is a shambles
Web site is a shambles. it won't allow topping up funds or updating/deleting Debit cards. I have noticed this has happened to several people. Apparently you have to phone up to resolve the issue, may I suggest The Health Lottery resolve the issue with the web site and not expect people to phone you up. I will not be using the Health Lottery again, it is either amateurish or a con (maybe both)

These people are a complete scam
These people are a complete scam. Please be aware and read the small print. They say they operate on behalf of The Health Lottery Foundation but this is a pure gambling company and they operate with non existing ethics and integrity. If you try to stop a direct debit even if it is from someone who has died - impossible. They even ask you for their will. Which is absolutely private and none of their business. Can you imagine - they actually block you from cancelling direct debit from someone who's died! We have cancelled around 20 direct debit for this dear family member - every single one of these big companies offered condolences and immediately cancelled as requested - apart from the health lottery. This is the only ONE who refused and asked us for the Will. THey asked if the person left money for them in the Will. Its a joke. It's not even a lottery. Why would someone leave money to a gambling company. Avoid at all cost.

These people are liars and scammers. They pretend now to be all formal like they have some correct process in place. They literally asked us for the will to see if the will of this family member to see if they left them money. That is what they said to us on the phone. They are a gambling company regulated by the gambling commission. Who on earth would think someone would leave money in their will to a gambling company. Completely unethical and caused our family undue distress. DO NOT believe a word they say.

Why We Need Documentation
Our main priority is to ensure that we are only ever discussing or making changes to an account with the authorised account holder, or someone who is legally mandated to act on their behalf.
When a request is made by anyone other than the account holder (including in the sad event of a bereavement), we must ask for official documentation. This is to:
1. Verify the identity of the person making the request.
2. Confirm their legal authority to access the account holder's information or act on their behalf (e.g., as the Executor of the Estate).
Without this verification, we would be in breach of our data protection obligations, and we cannot legally or ethically grant access or process cancellations. Is this game fixed? I feel like they keep luring you in to keep playing with all these deals etc. You could probably play 100 tickets and only win a free ticket.
