👉 If you play by Direct Debit:
Your free ticket is automatically entered into the next Saturday draw. You don’t need to take any action. Once it's processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can check your entries by logging in and visiting the My Play History section.

👉 If you buy tickets online (not via Direct Debit):
Your free ticket will show in your account as a credit. After logging in, look for your Free Tickets balance in the top right corner. When playing, just choose your numbers as normal, and select the Free Ticket option at checkout. You can use them on their own or combine them with wallet funds.
