Try phoning - success!
I had long ago given up trying to claim back a small sum I was owed after I'd closed my account after moving house. I found trying to find "my wallet" on line so difficult as I'm elderly. I decided to phone the help phone line and it was answered quite quickly by Stephan who sorted my refund out in a few minutes. Wished I'd phoned earlier!

Problem sorted in an instant
Easy to get through, speak to a human being and arrange for my long lost account to be re-enacted. Jason, the person I spoke to, couldn’t have been more helpful and, at the same time was very capable at getting my account “back on the road”. A comforting and reassuring experience.

I have just signed up to the health lottery and the app is apauling txt dosent fit on your phone screen correct there is no simple way to check if you won without having to put the numbers In manually it is just terrible in this day and age .Also be carful you don't accidentally click the direct debit option as you will be having the same problems most on here have complained about only played once but due to the janky app I think I'm calling it a day shocking

Dealt with by a very polite, patient and competent Jason. Took the time to explain how the payment by direct debit system works. A very good example of how staff should deal with customers.

Good Customer Service
Problem whereby a subscription was set up accidentally on the app. Was cut off when calling but the person I spoke to called me back snd sorted the problem for me. Very pleased with the customer service.
Health lottery does charge for their phone calls it’s not a free phone number and it’s too easy to accidentally set up subscription on the app..I think that needs to be looked at. Puts me off using it.
