Difficult to withdraw
Had an email that I had an unused balance. I went to remove my funds, but saw that it was my old bank card, so obviously this needed changing to withdraw the funds. But the system does not allow you to change cards unless your balance is zero - so it is impossible to take out my money.
You'll just say contact customer services - well apparently it is 'regulatory' but no evidence to support this.

Could do with looking at paying players winnings automatically
The guy I spoke to was very helpful, though I had to insist as I paid by DD that I didn’t want to register a debit card to withdraw my winnings, I wanted them to go back into my bank account I think this should be done without having to request it, when you win the money should automatically be paid back to you via your payment method, I must say though the health lottery is a good thing with better prizes than the national lottery and euro millions, they just need to look at automatically paying winnings to players who play by DD

Sorry for now I cannot give a rate as it is my first time betting on the health lottery, in which I won a free ticket ( The Big Win game). My question is how I can see the numbers on my free tickets? I wanted to give it zero stars but wouldn't let me. They have taken £20 out of my bank account but have no ticket for this. I cancelled my DD weeks ago yet they have still taken the money. I would have let it go this time but like I said I have NO ticket to show for this amount. I have emailed them no reply. Used X and no reply. Worst company to deal with and cancelling my account once tonight's lotto drawn. Never win anything anyway. So good riddance
