Absolute joke of a company and website.
Instant game play is just horrible and eats money up in seconds with no actual fun or play. To actually close account with a small amount of your funds left in, isn't actually possible - I went to close account with 14p left in, it won't allow you to close the account until funds have been withdrawn, I go to withdraw and it states 14p is below the threshold for withdrawal. What a joke, so I cannot physically close account. You are a joke health lottery - embarrassing. I will spread the word about how terrible you are, and I'll also go to the media about you.

Taking only not giving very poor instant game no big win at all just only £10 no more than that very unfair some wining less than ticket price dont buy wasting money i played near £100 but no win at all

As a lottery poor always ready to take payment, but you try to claim your winnings. I have always had to ring at least twice within 2 weeks as money don't show up in account. And don't even think of emailing you wont get a reply. I expect the usual sorry for your experience message but does that solve the issue no easiest way either don't do it or delete your account.

Yet again bonus not added when used correct code MAY10 . You have successfully added the code I was told but received no bonus I give up !!! Disgraceful

Pretty disgusted with this site. I played afew games last month and this morning there's £90 debited from my account to the health lottery!!
I never set a direct debit and even better - the money is not in my health lottery account either, its just disappeared!!!!
The best the health lottery can suggest is to use the "self exclusion" feature on the app which strictly self-prohibits a person from playing for 6 months to 5 years !!!
The more I learn about this scammy site the more disgusted I become.

Won £250 on March 22nd & have never received any money despite contacting them numerous times. Not happy & will probably cancel my direct debit subscription.

they are just a bunch of scammers i set up a direct debit which they took £40 from my bank account for so i played again and they charged me £5 and told me my direct debit would not be set up until april 6th and they would be taking sums in the region of 70,65,&60 pounds so i immediately cancelled direct debit and i do not want anything to do with them ever again

Difficult to navigate and find all the information you need. Difficult to know the date that the next monthly "megadraw" is scheduled and this should be blindingly obvious to make you want to play it more. Don't feel that there are as many good offers lately either so it's boring. It needs to have better prizes and it needs to be clearer when the big draws are

I started a direct debit at the end of February and was charged the full £17 for the VIP. I've now been charged £17 again in the space of a week for the month of march. Emailed the company but no reply. Will be cancelling my VIP

The £25,000 every 3 minutes what an absolute scam! Every day and every 3 minutes it's the same area... I watched it for a good hour and it focused solely on west midlands & then another day it was all Scotland. Absolute scam!!

This app saves me a fortune, as I’m completely unable to add funds to my account! You have to check an ‘Are You in the GB’ box to add money from your bank account - unfortunately or not, on my iPhone 14, the box is on the edge of the display and won’t ‘check’ however often I tap! The font is too big for the display!

Does the health lottery send you an email when you enter the draw. As I have entered and not received an email

I’ve not used the system for a while so decided to play a few lines I had money in the account but was short £2 however it would not let me add funds at all, message said ‘you’ve withdrawn money several times so you can’t use the draw for ten minutes’ waited over ten minutes and the same message comes up by which time I’ve missed the lottery, how stupid is this and completely wrong too as I’ve not attempted such as the ‘computer’ suggested! Machines … when will we realise how faulty machines are yet we are letting ‘machines and computers’ rule our lives - if I just say Post Office scandal as a highlight! Bring back human beings!!!

Health Lottery decided to activate my direct debit for Jan2024. I only saw this today on my online banking. I don’t recall setting this up at all. I’m hoping it’s a glitch in their system.

Cannot add funds - what's happening with on line funds and card payments being refused. This has been happening over a few weeks.

OMG!!!!. I won £300 and its unbelievable but hoping to hit another jackpot soon.

Absolutely disgraceful!! I had a random £59.00 leave my account after payments of £4 , £5 the precious month.

I have definitely not set up such a large amount, but apparently iv set up 12 DD I mean it even sounds dodgy but they are so uninterested.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible customer service...Cause you problems with transactions and then give you attitude when call them. Bounce it all back to you or your bank when is clearly not so and problem is with them and their portal...Can not trust!

Had a problem with a bonus sent email had a reply within a hour too resolve my problem Great service
