Thank you for getting in touch, we understand that this wasn't the experience you were hoping for.
All of our slot games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), meaning every spin is completely random and independent of the last, and we have no influence over the outcome of any spin. Because of this, it's completely normal to experience both winning and losing streaks over time.
To ensure our games continue to operate fairly, they are independently tested every three months by eCOGRA, a leading internationally recognised testing agency.

Stay Well Clear
Absolutely shocking, will be avoiding like the plaque from now on, seriously if a company needs looking into it's this one, over £30 spent on a game, not a single feature on 20p spins, dead spin after dead spin, and when I got a thing where you could get a times, even when I needed one thing to open it, it would drop the same thing that it had just got rid off. As I say this site seriously in my honest opinion needs looking at. I get with gambling it's all a game of chance, but well I feel like there's no chance with a site like this.

The amount of repeat winners in the…
The amount of repeat winners in the free bingo room is actually concerning, bingo is supposedly a game of chance, not on heart bingo its not, there's definitely software manipulation in determining the outcome who wins, seriously you see the same 5-8 people win throughout Sat & Sunday during the bingo games, every time I've played I've seen the same names constantly pop up, you can go weeks without playing come back and low & behold them same name's are popping out like clockwork.
The software clearly selects its winner just before the game starts.

As a customer on heart bingo for so many years this is the worse it ever been
I did escalate this to the gambling industry as my dad is a gambling auditor, so this site will definitely be investigated as is far to many complaints lately on the way they have been operating, clearly is something going on here, they are fixing the games results, as I do have a video showing that well before you do a spin on the bottom corner where your balance available shows it already changes to the amount you will be wining well before you do a spin , if you play here keep an eye open at it and record it as it is more than evidence that they are fixing the games results

Definately feels like a scam. I have withdrawn over £600 yesterday and nothing recieved. Spoke with their bots at customer service and they say i have to wait 3 working days??? took them less than 3 seconds to take the money from me. spent over an hour trying to contact them. I don't think they will pay out; there are very bad reviews everywhere.
