All of our games, except for Live Casino table games, utilize a Random Number Generator, 'RNG,' which randomizes the outcome of each hand/spin through the use of complex mathematical algorithms. The RNGs are tested by independent companies to ensure that they meet and comply with industry standards. The outcomes cannot be influenced by BV Gaming Limited in any way.
Definately feels like a scam
Definately feels like a scam. I have withdrawn over £600 yesterday and nothing recieved. Spoke with their bots at customer service and they say i have to wait 3 working days??? took them less than 3 seconds to take the money from me. spent over an hour trying to contact them. I don't think they will pay out; there are very bad reviews everywhere.

Absolutely appalling site. The same people win over and over again, you are going to say it is random and number genrated blah blah blah. Nonsense, I have been playing for months on full tickets and noting yet the same names (I could name them here - but wont) come up time and time again. How?

Dodgy practices
Signed up using the deposit £10 get £60, the second i created the account I got a message saying i was not eligible for promotions. Contacted support and apparently "I'm not eligible for promotions on any of their brands: Parimatch UK, BetVictor, WizSlots, Betano UK, talkSPORT BET and Smooth Spins". Not sure why as I have never used any of the above... definitely won't be using them now. Asked support to delete my account and personal details. They need to keep it in line with regulator.. completely fair. However when i asked for specifics of what personal data they are keeping and for what reason, they gave the same generic response "in line with regulator" about 3 times... gave up trying in the end. Stick to the more well known companies.

Shocking this site
Shocking this site. The slots on heart bingo are rubbish. They pay rubbish. All this site does is take take take and gives nothing back. They say bonus pays on a random generator yet every bonus ive had this week has been less than 2 quid and that's on 20p bets with ante bet activated. I'll be closing my account and going elsewhere.
