We have been using HelloFresh for about a year now and I can't imagine life without it. The convenience of coming home to a bag of fresh ingredients, without have to put any thought into dinner is just amazing.
I enjoy cooking, I just don't enjoy the planning that goes along with it. The weekly shop is away quicker and smaller and requires a lot less planning.

Good put ordering can be improved
Food is very tasty easy to prepare great gir busy weeks but ordering canbe tricky as there is no way to preset dietary requirements so you have to manually search recipes rather than receiving a curated list

The delivery tracking was terrible
The delivery tracking was terrible. I was given a delivery time and then the tracking updated to say it was 4, 3 and zero minutes away. The food arrived 3 hours after the scheduled time. The customer service agent was polite but didn't email as she said she would. The food was good and recipes easy to follow

There is a very good selection of meals…
There is a very good selection of meals of varying complexity and style. I appreciate the fact that I have options between things I can throw together rapidly or things with greater sophistication. I've also been quite pleased to find that the menu is expansive enough that I still have options for novel meals after such a long time.
