The quality of the ingredients is…

The quality of the ingredients is brilliant and it is quite affordable. The dinners are very tasty and most of the portion sizes are perfect. The only thing that is a bit annoying is that you cant set a certain day to pay in the week. Personally ive had my card blocked because they tried taking out the payment so many times on one day but I dont get paid until the next day. It would be alot better if you could align the payment day with the day you get paid

The food from hello fresh is great…

The food from hello fresh is great quality and super easy to make for the family or for one person.
My experience with the services was anything but pleasant. I signed up last week Sunday to have a look at prices and the menu..

Unknowing to me once I signed up on the Sunday, I woke up Monday morning to money being taken out of my account without my consent and my order being placed..

I did not need 4 meals for 4 people I was browsing prices to see how much something like that would be.

Then Wednesday the same week money was trying to be taken from my account (lucky I didn’t have any in the account) yet again without my consent or any notification. Considering I had just paid money on the Monday, I thought this was incredibly poor.

So yes food and food cooking instruction fantastic. How they handled me as a customer, not so good

It was the first time I have used hello…

It was the first time I have used hello fresh, I got 4 meals for 2 people ,the meals were prepared quickly, were very tasty,easy to make, and substantial in size,variety was excellent as I let hello fresh choose for me, delivery was on time and I didn't have to shop, saved so much time

Room for improvement

Step by step instructions where generally good but could be clearer in certain recipes. Some steps probably could be changed around as products that cook fast go cold while continuing on with other steps. , flavors so far have been okay to good so there is plenty of room for improvement. We will try different recipes over the next few weeks and have a better picture of how we feel about Hello fresh. No option for a 3 person household which is a bit of an issue for us, either we have too much food or too little, there's no in-between. Overall not bad but there's definitely room for improvement

We are really enjoying the Hellofresh…

We are really enjoying the Hellofresh experience. I am definitely learning to cook, again. I would pay gladly in a restraunt for the final results of every meal. We are early in but there seems to be no end to the options. Financially, well worth it.

I cancelled my account over a month ago…

I cancelled my account over a month ago because my wife is seriously ill. Hello fresh reactivated the account without my permission. Despite contacting them again and them promising me again that the account was cancelled a delivery arrived this morning and they took the money from my bank account. This is despicable behaviour targeting and harassing vulnerable elderly people especially when one of them had been seriously ill for a couple of months now.

Very poor quality of vegetables

Very poor quality of vegetables. I tried twice, and everytime was the same. And delivery is always late. First time they brought 10.30p.m, last delivery i got the message that should be at 1p.m, delivery was done 3.30p.m.
Receipts are easy to cook.

They took payment from my back twice…

They took payment from my bank twice without me completing an order and giving permission. Even having unsubscribed still have payments taken out unauthorised.

Harassed by Phone Calls

Initially the service seemed really good, however they have called me at least twice a week for the last 2 months since I closed my account. This was in spite of the fact that, on the first such call, I told them not to call me again. I would not recommend them unless you want to be harassed!
