Ripoff charges
Took out car insurance which started at the end of last month. Asked via email for history of licence details and no claims. Provided it three times but couldn't provide it in their PDF format. Asked them for either alternative or to ring me, all ignored. In the end they cancelled the policy they ripped me off with charging admin and cancellation charges so only got back as a refund £108 when they charged me £198 or thereabouts. There is a reason they are the cheapest, also their AI asked me for my date of both multiple times

Probably the worst Insurance company…
Probably the worst Insurance company I've ever been with. Setting up a direct debit is awkward. During the setup, they said I missed a payment and charged me an extra £25. I forgot to declare an accident which wasn't my fault (Someone ran into me, no claims were made, I still have my NCB) and they whacked it up by £20 p/m. When I asked to leave they said no - pay the charge. Pretty sure that's not legal. As soon as my run ends, I will never be with them again.
