Scammers, ordered almost a month ago and still not received my package. They are not responding to my emails.

Ordered a costume 9 days ago and have sent several emails for delivery updates. I have not had one reply. Status on the order has just stayed at “order being prepared”
I have already paid for this order and I have no confidence that I will receive it so I will be forced to go to my bank to dispute my payment. This was for a Halloween costume for my son and now we are left looking for a replacement at short notice. This company does not deserve your business and I am frustrated with myself for not checking trust pilot before placing an order.

Honest review AVOID!! I've contacted my bank for a refund as I never received the spiderman costume for my son and still havnt to this day. The Evri delivery still shows on 01/09/26 'We're expecting it' Shocking customer service or should I say the service does NOT exist.

I ordered for them in September. I still haven’t received anything. It’s now October almost a month from when I ordered. I ordered a Spider-Man costume. I left a review on their page and they emailed me asking if I left a review on their page and then they still haven’t sent me my stuff. You know it’s bad when a black person takes time out to leave a review on Google. Loooooool I’m on some Cajun stuff right now. I’m heated asf 😩😭

Has anyone genuinely ordered and received their order from this company? I ordered on the 20th September with 2-4 days for delivery and my order still hasn’t arrived! Now no one is responding on support! Feel like it’s a scam website! My 11 year old has paid £179 for an iron man mask with his birthday money! Terrible company

I ordered goods over £100 value back in August. No updates and no response to any of my requests for one. Companies House have Herohaven's status as in 'Liquidation', and the official recommendation is that people do not order from them. However, their site is still open and accepting orders, which seems pretty fraudulent if they don't have either the intention or capability of honouring them. I will give them another week to fulfil the order, then begin the chargeback process through my bank. Very disappointing experience.

Bunch of scammers!! Cheap defective items! Avoid at all cost, sold me a pair of sunglasses which were broken. When I made a complaint they did not want to replace only deflect from responsibility

Absolute garbage and atrocious to deal with. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT! I asked for a refund and I still haven’t received a peep from them. I never even received my item! Give me back my money! It’s been almost 2 months already!

Ordered a costume for my daughter when it showed up it was too small, a return and exchange was arranged in good time. I returned the item and never heard from them again. Absolutely disgusting rip off merchants. No refund, no exchange just a bunch of emails ignored.

Wished I would’ve read reviews before spending £70 on a Spider-Man mask which arrived with one eye hanging off, they don’t answer emails and delivery takes forever.

My son ordered a jacket out of his birthday money and was told delivery in 10 days. That was 29th July and still nothing no response to emails or anything. I've asked for a update or refund let's see if I get anything back this time.

Still no jacket or response I have now asked to cancel the order.

I asked to amend my order, from a child XS to an adult XS. This matter was dealt with efficiently and I paid the outstanding balance straight away.

My order did not come in time for my son's birthday (like it was supposed to according to their website) and when it did arrive, the Child's XS suit was delivered not the adult XS suit.
I was informed there was a mix up and the Hero Haven team arrange to have the suit picked up by royal mail, informing me that once THEY had received the Child XS suit, they would send out the adult XS suit. I am still waiting!!

At first I was told they had received the Child XS suit, however, there was another mix up and that the adult XS suit was getting sent out and should be with me by the weekend.
That was 2 weeks ago and now I am not getting any replies to my emails.

I have asked for the tracking information on more than one occasion and there is no reply!

I am looking to contact trading standards now. I want a resolve, either the suit or my money back!!

I have done everything I was asked to do, promptly. I still don't have the suit I paid for, they don't even respond to my emails which doesn't fill me with much trust in this company at all. It feels like I am being fobbed off. This is not the kind one of service I would expect when initially they responded appropriately, however, coming on here to leave a review highlights that other people are having similar problems. It is disappointing all round really.

Great quality masks I have got the iron man and Spider-Man one they are great and all arrived on time.

PLEASE AVOID - Ordered an item for my son in June and it’s now September with no item. He’d saved up his money to purchase. Communication is very poor with loosely dated ETAs, no updates, no shipping - but the item is still available to ‘pre order’ on the website. Now seeking advice from my bank to see if we can my son’s money back. Trust the negative reviews and don’t use this company! Would’ve preferred to give them 0 stars.

No sign of my order, which was for a birthday gift. No response to emails. Looks like a scam. Have cancelled the order and requested a refund but have a sneaky feeling it won't be received. Buyer Beware!

No product. No delivery . No contact from them . Spent almost 78.00 and nothing. Emailed them every day. No answer or updates. Don't trust them. No communication and still no refund. Have had to take it to my solicitor to claim back. Do not buy from them.

Bought a iron man mask they havemt shipped or responsed to me or provided any tracking and its been like a month what a joke of a buisness

I was worried because of all the bad reviews, I ordered a Spider-Man costume size small adults,they are true to size I thought I would get slightly smaller so it is slightly small on me .
It came really fast and shipping was with Royal Mail and to be honest I can’t fault it other than it is see through but if you wear tight black skins underneath all is fine but that’s the only reason I have rated a 3/5 stars.

Order products on June 18th with an expected delivery of 5-10 business days for UK shipping.

Still haven't received the order and had no response from direct emails or via the contact us form on their website.

no contact telephone number.

Unfortunately I used google pay to purchase the products, so I'll be no attempting to reclaim a full refund via my bank.
