I placed an order for a spiderman mask chin control on the 13th November 2024 it is now the 26th November and it still isn’t here, I’ve emailed the company within this 2 weeks period what shipping is only ment to be 5-7 working days as advertised on the site when ordering.
I have phoned the phone number the company has shown on the website on a number of occasions throughout the last 2 weeks and got no answer and then went on the site and spoke to the bot on their and it took them 2 days to reply back to me and at first they said I didn’t have an order with the order number I received now they have looked into it properly they have said “ the shipping label was destroyed in transit” and the package is now back in transit and would be delivered sometime late this week!
The communication is absolutely appalling and the delivery is not as it says and I still haven’t had no parcel delivered!

EDIT: the mask arrived on the 3rd December that is 21days later !!! absolutely appalling the communication and they think it’s acceptable to just brush and dismiss your emails like nothing has happened and offer you 50% refund then 5% refund then just don’t offer you anything when the parcel has arrived !!! 😡

Item arrived with missing pieces, not as advertised. Been trying to contact customer services and have had no response.

Seen so many companies offering the MK5 Mask but I went off of the good reviews left at hero haven! And I’ll stand by it the helmet is exactly as described and the packaging and everything came perfect- gonna have a happy son on Xmas day! They even sent me a tutorial as I was a bit stuck haha, Thanks again 🙏 ps- my turn next 😂

Great cosplay items at a reasonable prices and good quality. My son was very happy with his blinking Spider-Man mask, web slingers, wolverine claws and the whole Deadpool costume including swords. Will definitely this website again.

To be honest was to tight would advice getting be OK for a small kid

Placed an order A MONTH ago, still no sign of it. Customer service keeps insisting it's on it's way, but no updates are available.

I ordered an Iron Man helmet a while back. Looked so cool, but the functions stopped working so I called & emailed them and they told me to send it back for a replacement. I sent it back and I never received the replacement. They ignored all of my calls & emails, so I had to get a refund by PayPal. Horrible service. Stay away

Sent a return after being advice to send it back as they couldn’t cancel my order. They are ignoring my messages, emails , never confirmed receiving the package and refund wasn’t sent. Scammers!

Terrible company to deal with. The item ordered took 2 weeks longer than the 3-5 working days stated on the site.

I was told to send back for a refund as another was ordered in its place from a different site which did arrive in time.

The item has been returned and signed for by the company and now all emails are being ignored and no money has been returned.

There are plenty of good sites to order these helmets from. If you value your time and money don't use this lot.

Absolute con and very unprofessional

I have ordered on 5th sept 2024 ,till date have not received any response and every time I email I am not getting response for order.

Tried on Shopify company portal but no response. There is no tracking of order so beware of purchasing anything from here.

Still my order is not arrived.

Order arrived faster than expected and very happy with the mask I bought.

Received item as described. Good quality, better than expected.

Shipping not super fast, but did arrive in time as a gift for my Son's birthday.

Happy with the product and customer service. I just wish shipping was a bit faster.

AVOID!! Bought something off these, says 5-7 working days for delivery. Been waiting over 2 weeks and nothing. Nothing been sent and no reply to emails and messages. Clearly a scam company. Will be trying to get a refund asap
