I have worked with Heron Finance on several occasions—from buying my first home after settling in the UK to arranging a remortgage—and I have never once regretted it. Above all, they are incredibly responsive; even when I made numerous inquiries that didn't directly benefit them, the representatives, Dalia and Leona, provided valuable advice to help me resolve the issues. As a non-native English speaker unfamiliar with legal and real estate terminology, I truly appreciated their kind and helpful support. I highly recommend Heron Finance to anyone in need of mortgage-related assistance.

I'm currently in the middle of aremortgage process with Heron Financial and it feels very disjointed with a lot of people involved.
1. the mortgage advisor
2. case progression manager
3. protection advisor
4. 3rd party independent legal advisor.

Why does the process have to involve so many people all emailing and calling separately? On top of this, we are being asked to revisit the portal we completed when we applied for our original mortgage which is clunky and any sends constant chase emails even thought relevant documents have been sent to the mortgage advisor.

At the end of it all we will secure our remortgage, but its a painful process. Why not have a main 'account manager' who arranges all the calls, sends all the emails and cuts out all the others involved.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The online dashboard made it so easy to submit all our information upfront, no endless email chains or phone calls to relay basic details. Our first call with Don Scott was a video session with a slideshow that walked us through the entire house purchase process, a great way to start and it made us feel confident right away.

We also shopped around and spoke to two other brokers, including one we paid for, and neither could beat the rate we got here. On top of that, the team ( Don, Leona, Ailsa) was consistently responsive and quick, always happy to give us updates whenever we checked in. Would definitely recommend to anyone starting the mortgage process.

As always Joshua and the team at Heron were fantastic, I have used them for several years and will continue to do so. They always go above and beyond, are friendly, proactive and thorough. 10/10
