I’ve recently secured my remortgage with Heron and I was really impressed with how customer focused they are. I had the pleasure of speaking with Aidan Broom, Robin Dawson and Oliver Jordan, each one of them were knowledgable, professional and kind. They took the time to fully understand my personal circumstances and gave clear advice. The application process was easy to complete within the portal but if I had any questions I was able to speak to an adviser easily. The progress of my mortgage was managed well and I was communicated to regularly.
