I just started yesterday using it
I just started yesterday using it. I really like how light it is. I prefer to use a traditional wrist watch and didn't want a digital health monitor. So this works great. Plus I think being just a monitor the battery life will be a lot longer. what has surprised me is how many steps I am walking. Overall I'm very happy with it.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Emailed 3 times about returned product and they said they never received it. Finally got info thru calling them to return. Advice if returning - keep your tracking number because they will not issue your return automatically. You have to call them and provide the tracking number of your return and they will then refund you. (Luckily I kept this one!) With hassle it takes to get them to support you, there are other choices out there. Go with them instead.

It has a lot of good features, I thought it was a watch as well but it's just a health monitor. I ended up accidently ordering two of them and only need one. I wish it was a watch as well so I could tell the time.

Some discrepancies in devices
The second night of Herz ring use there was a three hour gap with no recorded data. It showed my sleep hours as six hours and three minutes. I also wore my Fitbit I’ve worn regularly at night to track my sleep. It accurately showed nine hours and 43 minutes. If I add 3 hours back in on the Herz ring, it is 9 hours and 3 minutes. Very close. For steps today, my ring has 2163 and my Fitbit shows 1477. Which one is correct? I do like the small form of the ring and I wouldn’t need to wear a watch on one wrist and the Fitbit on the other wrist, which I have done. I will keep comparing for a while. I do wish it was integrated with Google Health app. I hope the ring will be my go-to activity tracker.

This product looks really good but unfortunately I can't access it without paying £12 a month for anti virus software.
Once you scan QR code it takes you straight to paying for this software ! Don't need it and don't want it but can't download app.

Took 3 weeks to arrive even though I cancelled the order immediately due to their bullying sales tactics, stating order incomplete as I had to buy an additional strap. The additional strap comes in the sealed box, selling an addition even tho included. Seams like good quality and app very good but totally inaccurate readings 60 steps registers as 12 steps, 8 hours sleep actual 5, exercise is a shambles and no blood pressure readings. After some additional homework on line - states a copy and best avoided. Very disappointing

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES/TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION/TERRIBLE EVERYTHING
MY RING EVENTUALLY ARRIVED after much chasing. I had used the size guide and made sure I ordered a snug ring - when the ring arrived after months of waiting & chasing it was ENORMOUS. I re measured using the size chart provided, cutting a piece of paper, it was the same size but the ring was not so I chose to size down 2 sizes…..I also sent them my measurement of a UK size oura ring, just in case. BUT NOTHING, no responses to my emails, no responses to my web enquiry NOTHING?! Incredibly frustrating and I genuinely wish I hadn’t ever seen the advert as it’s been a nightmare. I have reviewed this product before but they obviously delete bad reviews. ALL I WANTED when I ordered this was a gold smart ring - NIGHTMARE & still I am
without a ring.

I like the simplicity. Worth giving it a try.
I thought I would like the simplicity of wearing a ring rather than a smartwatch. I have worn a smart watch for many many years. The transition to the ring requires changing my expectation of the information I'm used to seeing just by looking at my watch. I was willing to give it a try but it's just not for me. First of all I liked being able to check the time easily and look at my progress and steps and distance just by glancing at my watch. I now have to open an app on my phone. I also found that the ring did not accurately record my steps. Well I sat at my computer typing it was logging steps. The other data such as heart rate 02 recording and sleep data are just fine. I was not comfortable wearing the ring on the one finger I thought would work. Throughout the day I changed my ring to different fingers because it's uncomfortable to wear on the same finger all the time. I found that when I was driving my car and my hand was on the steering wheel keeping the ring on either of my pointer fingers was very uncomfortable. There are several other activities such as lifting weights raking leaves or doing the dishes I felt the ring and it just wasn't comfortable.

I love the body composition data
It is great to have all this very helpful data for tracking my journey to greater health. I wasn't sure if I was maintaining muscle mass, or not. Sure enough, muscle mass is maintaining as I shed extra body fat.
