Herz P1 ring worked really well since…
Herz P1 ring worked really well since receiving it on 16th June 2026. A great tool which has helped me to understand my sleeping habit, stress and so much more. However highly disappointed with the product as it’s totally stopped responding despite trying numerous things to see if I could fix it. I was addicted to showing it off and talking about it. I’ll update my review once I hear back from customer services.

The details in each category are in a timeline helping me be aware of stress triggers, my heart rate & fluctuating temp. All of this I can show my GP to get on top of medical conditions.

Bad wrist b/p monitor
I ordered my wrist b/p cuff from your company after reading all the reviews. My mistake. Cuff lasted 8-9 days, then it became very difficult to get a good reading. It sounded like the batteries were going bad, so I put in new batteries. Still sluggish. Sounds like it is gasping for it's last breath and can't even climb to 120. Error 2 when there was no movement or sounds. Wrist was in same place and position every attempt.
Now I am back to my reliable Medline cuff and monitor. I wasted almost $100.

I owned a Herz P1 for several months…and love it now even more.
I owned a Herz P1 for several months and loved the results. I also had a Fit Bit 4 that I had for 2years and wasn't happy with results. Now I can see the difference and understand why. I lost my original P1 ring and lost it so that's why I got another one. I'm happy with results and recommend it.

The device is so fancy
The device is so fancy, shiny, and pretty. I love how the app talks you through each measurement so you know when it is complete. It's very easy to use. There's a LOT of information, and I haven't been able to read much of it yet. I would love to see my stats from each measurement day side by side so I can easily compare them and tweak what I am doing. Maybe there is and I just haven't found it yet.
Great product overall, and wonderful communication from the company.

Pleased With My Purchase
I was pleased with the fact that initially I had ordered the wrong size ring and Herz P1 was great about the exchange. I have been wearing it consistently for about a week and a half.
