Send parts that work took time but finally got a refund

Didn't show up when stated or even a week later, I had to cancel through my card company, then they decided to reach out and ask me to reverse the dispute. I didn't do that and told them to send a return label as I've already bought elsewhere and didn't need there product.

Was very friendly & helpful. Not used motor mounts yet, but service was very good!

Customer service is a struggle to communicate with. Part seems to be defective.

Package was stolen on delivery. Company was very slow with communicating and promised to file claim and get back. They never filed a claim. I would not buy from this company again.

Trying to resolve issues with merchandise using email only makes the troubleshooting process very drawn out and frustrating. It was painfully obvious that your AI generated troubleshooting process is woefully inadequate. All it usually takes from my 54years of experience is a phone call to a human being. I don't see me using your service/products line ever again.

This was my 1st time ordering from this company, I ordered a Starter for my Honda and I will say the price was very good, The delivery time was also good, but the problem I am experiencing is you only have 30 days if you want to return something and it's required to get an RMA# from them via email because they do not provide a phone number or your return will not be accepted or possibly delayed, I reached out twice via email asking for an RMA# to start my return and no one responded to me, now my 30 days is about to be exhausted and I will be stuck with a purchase I no longer needed. This is a real down fault and I will have to think twice if it worth purchasing through this company again. The return process should not be a puzzle that you will not be able to solve, where the customers end up stuck and losing in the end. Not a good look

I really liked the prices and being on a very tight budget I was able to get my truck fixed without paying a arm an a leg for parts. Thank you Hex AutoParts yall are awesome
