I got exactly the right part and it is working exactly how it should be :) the delivery was slower than I wanted, but hey, that's USPS for ya. I was also desperate for it to arrive asap lol. But they sent it to me right away and the pricing was INSANELY cheaper than other places. 100/100

The part arrived within a couple of days after ordering. Works great on my car and it is a 10 out of 10

I placed an order and received an email asking if I placed this order cause the shipping address was different and I replied back. Sent SEVERAL emails and no one ever got back to me. Sent another email and finally got a reply back stating I didn’t reply with in 10 days and the item is now out of stock and will get a refund. Can never find a phone number to call customer service. Very disappointing, this was the first time I placed an order.

This was much better than going to your typical box store auto parts store. Easy to deal with, great prices, fast and prompt shipping, and most importantly the correct part first time. Quality of parts is excellent and fit perfectly.

The part we ordered did not fit our truck correctly but Hex auto parts made it right and were very good to work with.

I bought a PTO clutch from your company which ended up being the wrong one I wanted to send it back for a refund or an exchange and was told it was not worth sending it back because my refund would probably consist around $8 by the time I paid for the restock and send it back . I was told it would probably be in my best interest to keep it and maybe sell it or keep it for stock. So I went to Amazon and purchased another one not realizing that I had bought another 1 from the same company However this time it said it would fit my particular piece of equipment which is a grasshopper 16th but it did not fit I was told that the PTO was for a 618 but a 6816 have the same crank's shaft size However this time it said it would fit my particular piece of equipment which is a grasshopper 616 but it did not fit I was told that the PTO was for a 618 but a 616 have the same crank's shaft size Regardless I sent the exact same thing again .l will be gaveing AMAZON a call to discuss way i hed to pay for the return

Great shipping time-frame with good prices and so far a quality built product.

The AC compressor I ordered did not fit my car.(web site says it was correct one) I tried to get it exchanged by contacting the company through the web address provided for such actions, Got NO reply. So I tried again, again NO reply. There is NO way to contact this company!
My suggestion, if you do use Hex to order parts, do all your research on the fit of said part somewhere else (a different site!) the parts on Hex do not aline correctly as stated. I wont be using them again! Stuck me with wrong part, to reorder and repay for elsewhere! Don't believe they do returns or exchanges because they require a number they wont give you when asked! Awful! Expensive mistake using Hex auto!

Part worked fine, price was great. But customer service was non existent. I emailed a couple of times to make sure I was getting right part, but never got a reply. And you have no working phone number.

I would never order from here, they sent me the wrong part and it’s impossible to get ahold of anybody. Then they said they will only send me half the money back and keep the part. A part that I don’t need. Horrible experiences never again in life. I suggest people not to order from here.

My experience was great with Hex Auto. Simply because it was easy to order part thru online and delivery was fast. Very satisfied customer!
