Very reasonable prices and a nice website easy to navigate!I also liked the prices extremely very good I saved almost 50 percent on a starter!The only thing that was not as good was the shipping speed was not here wen it was sopose to be.Otherwise great parts store!!

Regarding the shipping status,all of your order information will be download by the time you finish your payment, and then our mate will print the order information out in order to ship these goods to ,it will mark as shipped when we create a label, when our shipping mate arrange the shipment, they found there is no stock.That's why it's shipped but we didn't send it out. Got wheel spacers that wouldn't fit my ranger. They said it would in discretion but didn't. Ask for a return # 3 time my only Response was for me to sell them and order some more. No phone # to get a hold of anyone, everything by email. Terrible Experience, DON'T RECOMMEND!

When to chose the correct wheel spacers,the model of vehicle is just for reference, thickness,centerbore,bolt pattern and thread/nuts are also important specifications. Have you check the above specifications before you ordered? From the previous message,we know you need 1 inch spacers but they are out of stock now,so we couldn't arrange a exchange for you. Have you returned them to us ? If so,could you pls tell us your return tracking number ?Then we will check with our warehouse and issue you the refund in time.Any further problem,you could contact us via website message.
