Dan had ik t niet eens ingevuld.. maar: als ik nu naar de check kijk zie wel in koeienletters over betaling staan, dus huh??

Helaas is het niet meer mogelijk onze diensten gratis aan te bieden; we hebben de kosten jarenlang zelf voor je betaald, maar om te kunnen blijven bestaan moesten de kosten wel gedekt worden. Vandaar dat we een kleine vergoeding vragen. We moeten onze fysiotherapeuten en programmeurs ook betalen :)

I know they claim that the conditions are made clear but how clear are they when so, so many people get into their trap. All it takes is an email reminder and that there isn't one makes me think this is a deliberate tactic to obtain money for nothing.

They kept a charging me after cancelling trial
I signed up for the trial then cancelled before the trial period was up, it looks like they’ve been charging me 17.49 monthly since december 2025. That’s 9 payments made without consent and after a clear cancellation of the trial. Trying to contact them about this to cancel it has been impossible. Don’t trust these scammers.

This scan artists charged my card waaaaay b4 the 7day trial even came through. I tried to go to the site to cancel my subscription and guese WHAT!! They simply don't know my email or me for a fact to even log in. Hope you get rich with that change. I had to literally cancel my bank card!! Useless!!

I did not knowingly authorize a recurring subscription with this company, yet MOL*HIERHEBIKPIJN NL B V continued attempting to charge my Visa. The situation became serious enough that I had to cancel and replace my credit card, causing considerable inconvenience.
I have disputed the charges with my card issuer and requested that this merchant be permanently blocked. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend carefully checking your credit card statements for any recurring charges from this company.

Abzocke!! Ich wollte lediglich einen Test machen und war total froh, eine Antwort zu bekommen mit den Schmerzen. Bin chronische Schmerzpatientin und auf mein Geld angewiesen. Jetzt monatlich 16.99€ abgezogen zu bekommen für etwas was man angeblich klar und deutlich lesen konnte ist für mich reine Abzocke und Absicherung. Ich muss kündigen. Abzocke- aus einem Selbsttest entsteht ein Abo, was überhaupt nicht ersichtlich ist und mir leider erst nach einigen Zahlungen aufgefallen ist.

Habe ordnungsgemäß für eine medizinische Antwort die verlangten 1:99 € bezahlt und erhalte nun, ohne direkten Hinweis ein ABO über 16,99 €. zügige Kündigung habe ich direkt an die info.hierhebikpij.nl gesendet. Eine Antwort hab ich noch nicht.
Schade, hab die Holländer immer gemocht und bin gespannt, wie es jetzt weiter geht.
