Mocht je wel klant zijn met een andere naam/e-mail adres vind ik het vervelend om te horen dat de automatische incasso niet is verlopen zoals je verwacht had. Je hebt ons geautoriseerd voor toekomstige automatische incasso's door voor de proefperiode te betalen. Misschien heb je dit niet gezien, maar je had de automatische incasso kunnen voorkomen door tijdens de proefperiode van 7 dagen je abonnement op te zeggen. Dit alles vermelden wij expliciet op onze afrekenpagina en in de herinneringsmails die je van ons hebt ontvangen.

We zijn absoluut geen oplichters, onze prijzen en abonnementsvormen worden meerdere malen vermeld, ook op het eind van de zelftest. Onze klantenservice is 7 dagen per week bereikbaar, en we reageren altijd binnen 1 dag.
Misleidend abonnement
Je betaalt €3,99 voor een advies – eerlijke prijs! Zonder dat je het door hebt zit je vast aan een abonnement van €16,99 per maand... Voelt erg misleidend.

Automatische abonnement zit je aan vast
Je betaalt 3,99 voor een advies. Dat is prima maar als je de kleine lettertjes niet goed doorleest heb je dus zomaar een abonnement afgesloten waarop 16,99 euro automatisch wordt afgeschreven. Het overkwam ons ook. Een zeer kwalijke zaak. Dus let goed op als je advies vraagt maar beter nog kun je naar de huisarts gaan of de info op thuisarts.nl opzoeken. Gratis en voor niets. Schijnbaar zijn wij niet de enige. In de reviews zien we vergelijkbare klachten.
Is besteld door mijn echtgenoot. Dus een ander e-mailadres.

A total scam! I agreed to a one off payment at a time of personal pain on a website (In English) I am now only able to get a very brief translation and not enough to be able to contact the company! I have not agreed to monthly payments and the site will not allow me access to any account! SCAMMERS!

If I could give zero stars I would. I never signed up with this company, and yet they started unauthorized deductions from my account. They say they made their terms clear, but I never saw them. This is a bait and switch scam. My bank has investigated and said they will block future payments to them.

Money has been removed from my bank- scam
Money has been removed from my bank account on the pretext that you are subscribing (what for nothing) or some other reason in my case £9.99 with no knowledge of the authorisation. My bank tells me it could be tagged onto a purchase.
This must be fraud or at best a scam yet with all of our money spend on fraud this is able to carry on.

I believe its a scam, my symptoms had nothing to do with their resalts, I tried it 3 times within an hour getting the same results, then apart from the original cost of 5 or 6 dollars, i then got snagged for 28 dollars.

A total Scam
A total Scam. They have been charging my wife 9.99 for 16 months since June 2024, as with other people, we never agreed to a repeating charge for something we have not used and unfortunately, I did not check my credit card statement closely enough to see this charge amongst all my legitimate charges, so that part is on me. Please be careful of these companies who take your credit card number for a free trial without getting confirmation that they can charge the card after the free period. They are using disreputable tactics and in my opinion are totally dishonest, and I am surprised the EU has not cracked down on these scams. Avoid like the plague.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. As with the other reviewers, this company set up a subscription of £9.99 without me having any knowledge of it. I ended up paying for 11 months without realising, and obviously never using the service. I appreciate that I assume I must have clicked on something that meant I technically signed up to a subscription but the information provided by the company at the time did not explain that I was signing up to an ongoing subscription. I would never have agreed to it because I didn't want a subscription! Extremely shady and unethical company.
