I am being scammed every month by this company. I have never once contacted this company. I’m getting tired of having to file claims with PayPal for refunds every month! Please refund the amount of $17.49 Immediately! You have taken so much money from me that I’m almost ready to take legal action. This is getting old. Cancel the scam!!!

I have been wondering what this 9.99 visa debit payment was for some time. Unfortunately life got in the way of investigating what this payment to mollie.com was every month on my bank statement. Finally noticed a reference Mol*Hierhebikpijn.n... Chaam NL and googled it which brought me here. The payments go back at least a year, I don't know how long exactly. Clearly a rip-off when you must know I haven't used any of your services in all of this time. Clearly a disgrace of a company.

Ze sluiten stiekem een abonnement af
€2,99 betaald voor een vrijwel nietszeggend advies waarna ik opeens vast zat aan een abonnement van €14 per maand… Normaliter ben ik er erg scherp op dat ik niet vast kom te zitten aan een ongewild abonnement. Toch heb ik het hier op de een of andere manier over het hoofd gezien. Ik ben er achter gekomen toen ik mijn bankzaken ging regelen. Ik heb in de tijd dat ik, onwetend, een abonnement had, geen enkel mailtje ontvangen, ook niet in mijn spamfolder.
Heel sneaky hoe deze site te werk gaat. Over de fysiotherapie ga ik niet oordelen omdat ik dit nooit gebruikt heb. Maar dit stiekeme gedrag vind ik geen normale gang van zaken.

Sneaky subscription trap
Purchased a one-off trip through their diagnostic tool, for a few pounds, but when reviewing later credit card statements I found this had been converted into a £9.99 per month subscription. I never received an email relating to this, and it was not at all clear that a subscription was on the agenda (although I now see it is in the Ts&Cs). Definitely unethical, possibly even a scam.

I do not know who this company is, and I have never purchased anything from them, but they have taken £9.99 out of my account for the past two months.

Niet doen
Na een algemeen nietszeggend advies 3 euro betaald en daarna blijkaar een abonnement aangeschaft. Heel sneaky. De servicedesk legt keurig uit hoe je geen poot hebt om op te staan. En dat je allemaal herinneringsmailtjes krijgt. Geeneen gezien, ze zaten in de spamfilter van outlook.
Uit hun goede hart hebben ze de laatste maand teruggeven, de overige 5 maanden heb ik ze voor niets gespekt. Waardeloos, ga naar een echte dokter!
