Had a great meeting with Dean who sold his company to us very well to us, since then we have had all the new ipecs system installed with no issues all courtesy of Montell who ran us through all the new system step by step, nothing seems to be to much for him. so thanks to all the team.

Ethan was really helpful and managed to get all my requests sorted for me. After picking up the phones for our company I feel more confident that I now have someone to go to when I get a bit stuck.

Kevin did an amazing job with the install. We are an old building with ageing infrastructure but Kevin managed to sort everything and had the phones up and runnng in no time. Great service.

We had an initial meeting with Hiicom and then installation was done on another day by Montell. From start to finish the process was flawless. Montell was very efficient and knowledgeable and I felt I knew everything I needed to know. As we are new to the company, I cannot comment on their service, but Montell has definitely made me feel confident.

Ethan was extremely helpful and clear when guiding me through resolving technical issues. It was a stressful experience, but Ethan's knowledge and calm nature instantly eased the situation. My go to is turning everything off and then on again so I couldn't have asked for someone more patient. Anytime I have an issue Ethan is my go to for help.

Our company have just moved to Hii communications, we had a new telephone system fitted last week, we had one or two questions about the system plus a little tweaking to suit our companies needs.
