Hii Communications LTD Avis 

Hii Communications installed our new phone system and their knowledge and installation capabilities surpassed my expectations. Special mention goes to Michael Shoesmith who has been extremely helpful and approachable. I have already referred them to another company who have taken them up on their services.

Ethan was more than able to sort the registration issue with our remote device this morning. Quickly logged into our hardware remotely and got to the bottom of the problem almost immediately.

We needed an additional phone ext to set up in our office. Ethan provided this efficiently and set a call back to ensure everything is working ok. We would highly recommend.

Avoid this company! Promised the earth by Dean but that was far from what we experienced. Were told the new phones would "future proof" the business but what we received was actually a step backwards from the phones we already had and we never even received all of the equipment promised despite chasing up several times. The support and training was pretty much non existent while we were still with them, and then after about 3 months with them they sold some of their business on to another telecoms company which included us so we were left with zero support for the dated equipment they had sold us. Fortunately, the company we are now with has been able to provide us with new, very good equipment and excellent support and communication.

Monty was very helpful with all questions and enquires we had, was always on hand when we needed help when our phones were being transferred, nothing was ever to much. Great help and much appreciated

Michael & Cam have recently overseen the changeover of our cloud based telephone system and broadband. Both have been great to deal with and made the whole process easy and straightforward. Thanks guys! We would highly recommend Hiicom if you are thinking of changing your provider.

Spoke to monty as the phones went down at a very busy time for us, he sorted it out with no hesitation and was all done within 5 mins. Absolutely Outstanding

What can I say about Cameron he came into the shop introduced himself and was very polite and prompt. He carried out the change over with no mess or fuss to be honest we hardly knew he was here. He gave us the run down on the phones and asked if we need anything else. So all in all a job well done and would highly recommend HiiCom

Hiicom where do I start, sales rep Josh came in saying we can save you money on phone system/broadband & calls from our current provider and would be simple switch over they would do it all 6 weeks max so we signed up in Nov 23. Started well phones delivered and advise things going through. That's when it started to go down hill. They started to bill me in January & was being billed from my current supplier too. Kept emailing and ringing to say I not paying twice for same service was told yes we will sort out and issue you refund & credits nothing being ringing and being told yes sort it by Jonathan.
To be honest I wish I stayed with current provider they promise all this and nothing happens still not switch over yet and if you want to waste your time running after them than go with this Company.

From when Shea called i felt this company new what they were doing, very polite and very helpful and the installers i could not fault. highly recommend.

Ash and his team guided us through what service was right for us as a school and Michael has been great as our account manager. Prompt responses and actions. Much better than dealing with the 'big' companies. Cal was great too on the engineering team.

Had a few technical issues and Ethan sorted it very quickly. Would highly recommend

I had a techincal query this morning, called and spoke to Ethan and problem was solved straight away, couldn't of been more helpful (even though he sounded like he was full of cold), thanks for your help Ethan.

Had a great meeting with Danny, who sold his company to me very well . i had my system installed today by russ who explain everything very well . it was installed with no issues . he ran us through all the new system step by step, nothing seems to be to much for him. so thanks to all the team. everybody i have spoken to Hiicom have been very helpful
