Hii Communications LTD Avis 

Had a incoming call problem which was swiftly sorted out for us by Michael Shoesmith this morning. He's actually our account manager but didn't shy from being a bit technical this morning! Never worry when we have to call him as he's always helpful with any issues we might have.

Michael sorted the issue with the Night Service, straight away without having to be passed around to different departments which has been the case with other telephone providers. Very happy with his technical ability 😊

Couldn't receive calls this morning, Spoke to Michael, an account Manager who confessed he had no Idea what to do as he isn't technical! Within 2 minutes he had us up and running... thankyou Michael

Just want to give a big shout out to Ethan Casement, who has been an absolute shining star in dealing with our Company Internet Issues. Nothing was too much trouble, keep informed of status and progress of the fault finding. Even spent time via Facetime to instruct and guide through trouble shooting protocols. Excellent and thank you so much for being our Hii Com Hero

Our company swapped telephone systems to Hii in the last couple of weeks.
Montell and the team were on hand with any questions and were very helpful sorting out any problems we encountered

I had a problem with my phone lines sounding strange, I gave the office a call and spoke to Montell he was so helpful. He got all my lines rebooted and back to normal in no time at all. Thank you again for you help!

Kev and Monty were both polite and helpful. They made the transition from one system to another quite painless. The new phones are so clear. It is reassuring to know we have assistance if we have any problems.

Just wanted to give a massive thank you to Ethan from Hiicom, he has been a massive help with setting up our new phone system and did an amazing job explaining how to use it and adjusting any settings to our needs. The new phone has been a massive improvement and just knowing we have assistant on the other end of the screen when needed is very reassuring. Also the check up call from Ethan today was very hopeful and he was very quick to help fix the hiccup we came across with one of our settings.

Our business has had the same telecoms company for many many years, so deciding to move away to a new company was a big deal for us.
We have been with Hiicom Communications Ltd for quite a while now and I can honestly say we have no regrets and have gained a more professional service through the use of new phones and set up in the business. Ethan is the more recent member of the team at Hiicom who I have dealt with and like all other members of the team, he has been very professional and nothing is too much trouble.

After some delays getting our new broadband installed, Cameron came out and set us up on the new Broadband and setup all the phones, he was very helpful and helped talk us through everything and answered all of our questions.

Speaking with Hii Comms is very easy to deal who will try accomodate your business needs, I have recently been able to liase with Ethan.C quite alot with my needs for our business as not only been able to help with what we want but also recommended services that will benefit ourselves in the future.

Big shout out to my boys Cameron and Mike, great service from start to finish. From making the initial call I dealt with Mike who guided me through all the packages available and helped me choose the one that best suited my business. Cameron the technician came out to the premises installed and made sure everything was working fine. Thank you guys will be in touch and will definitely be recommending you’s.

Ethan helped on Sunday afternoon trying to fix our internet issue, also called back on Monday to see if it had been resolved. He was very helpful.

Michael has been excellent in all of his communication, help and support.

The phone system is excellent, easy to amend and set up but with the support and guidance from HiiCom especially Michael we have found the transition easy.
