I ordered two outfits and found them extremely comfortable and easy to use. Unfortunately, there was a small problem with one of them and I enquired about it and they apologized and sent me a replacement of my choice with absolutely no hassle at all. This is an excellent company that takes quality and customer satisfaction seriously.

They promptly and effectively helped me with an order placement issue. Wonderful costumer service.

Their product, Himoriwabi Samue - Eversoft Bamboo, is an excellent, relaxing sleepwear. Comfortable, sharp and breathable, it's suitable for lounging as well. After trying it for few days and seeing how washing would affect it (no problem), I bought a second set. Highly recommend.

I ordered two pieces of Eversoft Bamboo™ Samue by mistake. So, I contacted the Company and was prepared to return one piece. However, they are very stylish, comfortable and ideal for summer nightwear / indoor wear. So, I have decided to keep them both. Now, I pretty much wear them all the time. I particularly like the fabric: soft, cool and dry; and the design: sleek and functionally easy to move around. I think I am going to wear them for a long long time.

Very well made clothing. Very soft and comfortable. I would suggest ordering a size larger for a more comfortable fit. Would definitely recommend the seller.

I thought I would give these a try as I rarely felt comfortable at night in conventional nightwear. I ordered 2 sets and found them extremely comfortable. So much so I ordered a further 2 sets. There was a small problem with one of these and they were replaced very promptly without question once I had drawn Jessica’s attention to this. Will use again if the need arises.

I’m in love with this sleep wear. It’s so soft and feels wonderful. Don’t want to get out of bed and would like to keep them on all day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My family has placed three orders for Samues from HIMORIWABI Couture. The quality is excellent. The fabric is butter soft, cool the the touch, yet substantial in weight. You can really feel the quality. We enjoy sleeping in them and using them as loungeware during the day. The sleep masks are also very comfortable, blocking 100% of light. We received all three orders within three weeks to the USA. Customer Service is excellent and prompt.

I ordered the items for my wife and myself. Had to change one due to sizing yet was met with some of the best customer service around. Jessica was very helpful and polite through the whole process.

As for the items I am very satisfied with the quality of them and the level of comfort which does indeed give me a quality sleep and putting them on at night which has become a routine sets me up for a great sleep.

I’ve purchased a wide variety of products from Himoriwabi Couture and even on the occasion, rare, where there have been shipping issues they have stayed true and worked out any problems until I’ve received my order(s). Their customer service is exemplary and have always been very responsive to any questions I’ve had. I highly recommend them.

I loved the up to date customer service. When I sent an email for clarification, it was answered almost immediately. The product is better then promised/expected and I am delighted with my purchase. Worth every penny and has helped me with deep sleep and restfulness upon waking

Awful quality, nor any premium fabric on sight, not what was announced and expected from their marketing campaign (and price). Anyway, I can accept that because I ordered it, but when I contact their customer support, I get weird questions (because I have 30 days for a full refund without any question, as per my customer rights) I notice that I have to purchase a shipping label for 38 dollars ( an added extra to an already expensive order, which I'm claiming with my bank), what kind of customer service is that for an order refund?. Wow, extremely disappointed with this company

Received my goods yesterday, overall satisfaction with the quality of the items. I have ordered a tea set, shortly after that the company, namely Jessica, reached out to me to say it's out of stock and offered me an alternative I decided to accept. The tea set it slighty different than expected but still very nice so all good here. I also ordered a Okami jacket which is superb, stitching is very well done and it is a unique piece in my wardrobe. Probably could order a XL instead of L (due to lack of measuring info I decided to stick with L) but otherwise perfect. Which is to be said about my first order from their site as well, which was nicely done Haori. Can definitely recommend the seller.

I bought one pair, loved it and a year later couldn’t resist the sale and bought two more pairs - despite how expensive they still were with the international exchange rate. These are the only pyjamas I’ve ever worn in my entire adult life (I’m now a golden oldie). They are so comfortable and soft with no pulling or twisting. Even if I had read nothing about them, the quality speaks for itself - the styling, fabric and workmanship. Thoroughly recommend.

I recently purchased a couple of items of clothing from this Japanese company and I was thrilled with the style, quality and comfort of their materials and workmanship. Their Customer Service team is superb and they deal with any issues promptly and fairly. Top company. I will definitely purchase from Himoriwabi again and soon.

I recently left a review for my purchase, which I love. But I neglected to leave a review for their customer support. Shortly after placing my order, I realised I ordered the wrong size. I emailed customer support and was told the right size will be included. And it was. I have since had conversations CS and can say Jessica was the most caring, supportive and lovely lady. Just wanted to let you know there is wonderful support from them.

This is a scam. The so called Bamboo is viscose and rayon and not hand stitched but machine chain stitched. When I complained no explanation just directed to purchase a return label and send it back. Scam scam scam. Don’t fall for it.

It is drop shipped from china, its as described though, probably not worth it in retrospect. But I will try and use it.

I saw some reviews saying this is a Chinese dropshipping brand, but I can tell you firsthand—that’s completely false. Not only that, but the attention to detail is outstanding. From the stitching to the way it drapes, it’s clear this wasn’t cheaply mass-produced—it was designed with care. If you’re on the fence, trust me, this is worth every penny.
