Got told would be getting the car at…
If I had known that this would have happened I wouldn’t have bothered to buy the car through you! I’m not getting it now until the 1/7/26 and was told it was going to be the 29/6/26!!! Got told would be getting the car at the end of may or beginning of June and now been told not getting it until 29/6/26. Not happy! You have stated vehicle collection?! In your reply! I have paid for it to be delivered to me! Bloody joke!!!!! This is the same reply I all ready received!! Which is not true!! It’s even saying that the vehicle has been delivered!! Wish I could cancel the hole lot!!

We're sorry that your experience has not met your expectations. Following a review of the matter, we understand your frustration regarding the delay to your vehicle handover, particularly as the reason for the delay was not communicated as clearly or as early as it should have been.
The delay relates to a manufacturer recall that must be completed before the vehicle can be released. Whilst these actions are outside of our control, we recognise that better communication would have improved your experience and we are sorry for the disappointment this caused.
Our team remains in contact with the manufacturer and continues to explore whether the recall work can be completed sooner than currently anticipated.
