Absolutely outstanding service from…
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with any moving company.
Usman, Inder, and Hashmi were all incredible. Professional, respectful, hardworking, efficient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire move. Moving homes is stressful enough, especially with a family and a newborn, but these guys made the whole process feel smooth and under control from the moment they arrived.
They handled everything with extreme care and attention, from heavy furniture to fragile items, and not a single thing was damaged. They were organised, quick, and clearly very experienced, but what stood out the most was their attitude. Even during a long and tiring move, they stayed positive, calm, and helpful the entire time.
Usman was amazing with communication and organisation, Inder worked incredibly hard and efficiently throughout, and Hashmi was equally brilliant and careful with everything. The teamwork between all 3 of them was genuinely impressive to watch.
They went above and beyond for us and treated our belongings with the same care they would treat their own. You can tell immediately that these are people who take pride in their work.
I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. If anyone is thinking of using this company, I would wholeheartedly recommend asking for Usman, Inder, and Hashmi specifically. Absolute legends.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from…
Absolutely phenomenal experience from the minute I first enquired about the cost for a removals .
The guy in the office (Reece Justin) was so courteous and helpful . And how quick he responded to all my enquiries no matter how silly it sounded .
I had to change my move date fairly last minute and that was managed with no issues whatsoever ever .
Then on the day I was updated when to expect their arrival. The three guys Zak , Shaheen and Talha were amazing. They worked fast , up and down to my 1st floor property with no complaints . My property was well taken care of and at no point was I worried . They then had a two plus hour drive to get to my new property which then had a hold up due to previous tenancy not knowing how to time manage . The guys were patient and reassured me it wasn’t my fault as I apologised profusely at the shame of keeping the lads waiting . Once able to , they immediately began off loading all my stuff making sure it went to each room I wished . These three guys I can’t recommend enough . They were brilliant . I am already planning my next move within the next 12 months and I would ONLY use Hippo now . Huge stress and worry taken off my mind from start to finish and that’s priceless , let alone their very competitive pricing . 5 stars all the way !!!!!
