Just booked our dream holiday to Africa for safari. We dealt with Skylar. She has been absolutely amazing from answering silly questions to changing accommodation to suit our family.
Up to now would highly recommend this company, I will leave a review after the adventure.

Transfers between resorts also taken care of and Arthur who I dealt with was amazing nothing was too much trouble, one of the hotels had some building work going on and he informed us of this prior to going and asked if wanted up grades or moved, we moved hotels and everything was transferred over seamlessly, I will be booking all future holidays with holiday dukes due to the ease of booking and having someone on hand via WhatsApp for any questions, thanks again Arthur and holiday dukes x

Just got back from the most amazing holiday in Thailand. From start to finish everything ran smoothly, travelled to 5 different parts of Thailand, which meant transfers including aeroplane, taxi, ferry speedboats. All transfers text day before to confirm. All hotels were stunning and in great locations. Nothing was too much trouble for Skylar our advisor, always in hand to answer any questions.
We have recommended to everyone we know and will definitely be booking again.

Our multi venue trip to Thailand was an amazing holiday. Reached out to a few travel agents and we plumbed for Holidays Dukes. We were not disappointed. Isabella our agent was very helpful and always happy to make changes and updates to make the plan better and to fit our needs. Not pushy sales techniques which was very welcome. I am a details person so I was pushing for updates a lot but I got them upon request. Sometimes a bit too relaxed but all was sorted when required. The deals we got plus the good service meant we had a pretty amazing holiday at a good price. Very happy.

Very satisfied with our east africa trip. It was very well organised considering we were a huge group with various personal needs. All our needs were catered for professionally.

We booked a package holiday to the Maldives with Holiday Dukes for five people, due to commence in late March 2026. The booking was formally confirmed as a Package Single Contract Sale under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (PTR 2018). Our flights were cancelled due to regional conflict in the Middle East. What followed was months of correspondence before we recovered our money — and only then through a Section 75 credit card claim rather than any action by Holiday Dukes.

During that process, Holiday Dukes: cited “Flight-Plus ATOL rules” as the governing framework for our booking — a legal category abolished in 2018; attempted to retain amounts varying between £500 and £1,000 of our money in supplier cancellation charges, contrary to our statutory rights under PTR 2018; issued a settlement offer containing a clause designed to extinguish our statutory rights under the same regulations; and provided four contradictory refund timelines, none of which were met.

Our statutory right to a full refund within 14 days under PTR 2018 was never honoured. We eventually recovered our money through our credit card provider. We have active complaints with both ABTA and the Civil Aviation Authority.

We would strongly advise anyone considering booking with this company to pay by credit card and to familiarise themselves with their rights under the Package Travel Regulations 2018.

Absolutely fabulous service from Olivia. I made a massive error not checking year of holiday. Thought it was next year but booked for September this year. Olivia sorted the problem out with ease whilst I was panicking. She is a credit to the company and we cannot wait to go on our holiday (next year 🙈🤣)
