Iv been sorting a trip to Thailand island hopping with tour agent Skylar, she has been brilliant giving me all different options of flight times, dates and hotels !We had a budget to work to and she’s got exactly what i asked for, flights, 5 different islands, 4* hotels transfers and 16nts of it!! Olivia our contact has been excellent throughout the whole process. She looked at several different holiday packages for us over a week or two. We are excited for our holiday and trust it will all go smoothly. We did have a price increase in-between the time it took us to decide but I guess that's not Olivias fault.

Great experience with Daniel who made booking trip to Bali so much easier than other all changes we wanted to make did this really fast and kept in good contact with us throughout the whole process

Just back from an amazing 3 weeks island hopping in Thiland.
Thanks to holiday Dukes for organizing.A few hic ups along way but considering the amount of transfers/ flights hotels we required was to be expected and was easily rectified.

The ease of chatting with Olivia via watsapp made booking our holiday so easy. She was extremely helpful and was quick to reply with any information I needed. Great service.

Another luxury holiday booked!! Booked Lapland not long ago for November and I was so happy with the whole experience I messaged Kimberley to see if she could get me a great deal to go back to Maldives next year with my family. She gave me the best deal possible! I must have messaged 10 holiday firms, including direct with the resort and I got nothing like what Kimberly come back with. So all thanks to her and holiday dukes, my dream of going back to Maldives has come true. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. Always an element of worry when booking a holiday when it’s not one of the ‘normal’ well known providers. However, can’t fault the service which I’ve received from Olivia. Great comms, very accommodating, very quick on replies and so helpful which has made it a great all round experience. Now, I hope all the travel booked during my Asia multi-centre package goes as smoothly as the booking process has been from Olivia, if this is the case, I wouldn’t have any problems dealing with Holiday Dukes again. So, thank you so much for all your help so far.

The whole part about finding the right Holiday for me as a solo traveler,Daniel really got me the best deal and the best hotels all Bed and Breakfast which is ideal.i must admit I was dubious about Holiday Dukes as I hadn't heard of them before but I'm so glad I found them and took the plunge as I look forward to 2027 Singapore and Bali 😎

Daniel- give this man a raise!! After weeks of exploring SO MANY different avenues for a surprise trip for my husband, I booked an amazing deal for October this year. Daniel was my point on contact throughout and honestly has the patience of a saint! I asked a million different questions, chopped and changed my my mind several times and not once did he show any signs of annoyance. I was always greeted very politely, friendly and with knowledgable advice and competitive prices. I will no doubt be back again soon!
