We have just booked our holiday to Thailand through Holiday Dukes and the service we received from Daisy was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
Daisy helped us every single step of the way, answered all of our questions, found out every bit of information we asked for, and made the whole process completely stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
She was friendly, professional, patient and genuinely went above and beyond to help us find the best possible deal. You can really tell she cares about giving great customer service.
Booking a big holiday can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Daisy made the whole experience exciting and easy. We honestly couldn’t recommend her enough and will definitely be booking again in the future.
Thank you so much Daisy!

Another amazing hoilday

Arthur at holiday dukes is absolutely amazing. We've just come back from our second family holiday with them to thailand. Amazing service and such a amazing holiday.
If want to book a holiday truely recommend Arthur.

Daisy was who helped us to book our holiday to Bali. Although I was sceptical at first daisy reassured me the whole time and was patient with me while booking. She staying in touch through the whole process and made booking it with ease. I was very happy with their service and am excited to go on my dream holiday!!!!

I tried a few agents to pick up my requests to arrange a trip to Thailand for me. I was starting to look and plan myself when I came across Holidaydukes. Daniel dealt with me and straight away made me feel at ease, suggested lots of places and tailored everything around what I wanted. Nothing was to much. I was a bit wary about being scammed as you hear it so often but I was provided with ATOL and ABTA details which I double checked and everything came back good. There was no need for me to worry.
I’d recommend using Holidaydukes to tailor you a holiday which takes all the difficult out of booking. I assure you if you get Daniel you won’t be disappointed

Thank you Oscar for the wonderful service provided to me,Our holiday is all booked and we Definatly use Holiday Dukes again

Our travel advisor was Skylar, sent a message with all the places we would like to visit and within no time at all, itinerary was sent back to go over. Every place we asked to visit was booked . So easy to use, and half the price of big high street travel agents. Secure portal for payments, messages replied to straight away. Looking forward to this dream holiday.

Thank you Skylar.

We were recommended to holiday dukes through a friend who used them. Isabella has been helping us with some quotes for our family of 4 to go to the maldives. She has been veey productive and found us a great deal. We had not heard of them and was dubious about booking with them due to this but rest assured i can confirm they are fully legit, great company, good customer service and everything went really smoothly with the booking service.
Would definitely recommend this company. Thanks

So far so good! Great price and very patient and on the ball.

Olivia has been great and very helpful. She understood our trip requirements and found us a great package . We feel we are in safe hands and have great support. We would definitely recommend Olivia and Holiday Dukes. Thanks again Olivia

I booked my honeymoon for October 2025 which i had a great experience and my agent isabella made the process simple and easy for me. Due to this, I booked another holiday in March/April 2026 with isabella. The was a 3 destination holiday and isabella sorted me out a great package tailored to my needs. This made my holiday very enjoyable and easy. She also sorted out my hotel/airport transfers which was also very convenient. I would definitely recommend Holiday Dukes as I will definitely be using them again in future.

We were recommended to holiday dukes through a friend who went. As we had never heard of them before and we usually booked through large airline companies, we were a bit cautious at first which is natural. But can confirm they are fully legit, great company, good customer service and everything went really smoothly. Would definitely recommend this company. We went for our honeymoon and the price was the best we could find. Thanks

Great help from Darren - providing a full refund when airline and hotel refused to refund thanks to his hard work. Excellent service

From all 4 of us who were going on holiday but weren’t able due to conflict in UAE - many thanks to Darren Jones at Holiday Dukes for helping us through a worrying and problematic time. He stepped in to provide a full refund from their company funds when both airline and hotel refused to refund us. Darren set up a clear monthly repayment plan to ensure we were repaid in FULL. Thank you Darren from all four of us.

I made a booking for my husbands 40th birthday and since making the booking I have been back and forth over different hotels ect. Its a big holiday because while we are away it is both my children's birthdays aswell. I have the customer that everyone dreads but Isabella has gone above and beyond nothing was ever a problem she has been there through the highs and lows with me and finally made my dream hotel that seemed like I could never have become a reality. I am now over the moon I have this hotel and even more pleased I have had the pleasure to deal with such a fantastic advisor. I woukd deffo advise booking with isabella she is amazing.
