Having seen Holiday Dukes on Facebook, i sent them a message for a quote, Oscar came back to me within 24hrs took our needs into consideration and came back with a great offer for Thailand Mar 2027, having speaking to friends after they also booked on. Oscar was very patient looking at different flight options/hotel to cater for what we needed. Very good service. Will be sure to look for future holidays with them.

So far so good. To start off with I contacted this company to see if they could offer holidays in 2028, having just had my Thailand holiday cancelled due to the airspace being closed.
I had contact with Olivia and she delivered quick options and tailored our needs perfectly., including upgrading out seats in the flights. I highly recommend Olivia.
The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because we haven't been on the holiday yet and when I made contact about choosing the upgraded seats, so we were sat together, I was told I would have to pay more... I'd already paid for them. I wasn't talking to Olivia at this point though. I rang up asking to speak to Olivia but they said she was busy. I would have loved to thank her over the phone but didn't get that option and I thought the make was abrupt and rude. This triggered my suspicion of the company but I was reassured it was fine with further contact. I just haven't booked a holiday like this before via WhatsApp and then not being able to speak to your agent on the phone. Hopefully we have an amazing time but I can't give Olivia enough credit for her work and the itinerary created .

Victor made my experience with Holidaydukes absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He guided me through the entire process smoothly and made everything feel easy and stress free.

His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was handled perfectly really stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied at every step.

So far so good. Kimberley has worked really hard to find us the right deal. Even changing things to suit us better. Which we are so grateful for! I was apprehensive at first booking this way as I usually do it myself. I will leave more feedback after the trip.

Booked the Maldives for last September through Noah, the whole deal and holiday went through perfectly. So much that we've booked 2 more holidays with them.

The payment process was very smooth, and they guided me through it without any issues. Most importantly, they found us a fantastic holiday deal. Holiday Dukes Daisy - she was really helpful throughout our booking stage of our holiday. She also assured us and say if we had any questions or concerns she is always willing to help. The moment I contacted Daisy at Holiday Dukes the attention to detail, reassurance was second to none. She truly was a gem!
