Scammers,
Never again!!
Avoid!!

I received a totally bogus cold call advising me that the Washing Machine Insurance that my wiife had taken out lasty year was in need of renewal. I think I may have had the lair at the other end of the line at a disadvantage as they'd phoned a building site, there's no house, no washing machine and I'm not married. I strung them along and thanked them for their help and they then asked for the usual Debit Card details which I willingly gave (obviously), they even asked for my Password so I told them I was actually a Violoin Player and the best I could think of was 'Fiddler' but they still didn't get it. The stupid morons even called me back to say that my Card was invalid and could I check?

think this company is 1 big con
think this company is 1 big con been paying them for over a year and now when i want a repair it took 3 days to receive an email to tell them whats wrong with my washing machine and now im waiting for someone to call to have a repair man come i ring up today and the message said the office is closed for the holiday WHAT HOLIDAY is an ordinary Monday never had this trouble with domestic and general

This company would be a joke if they made me laugh!!!
I took out cover with these guys when my washing machines 5 year warranty expired. I didn't receive any paperwork or online confirmation. When I did need to make a claim they sent a from via email which contained bad grammar and spelling mistakes and sentences that did not make sense like 'equipment you claiming for' and 'Please provide a description of the incident and damaged caused'!! This rang alarm bells. They failed to keep in touch or keep us updated, which is a pain when you have a huge pile of washing building up. The person on the phone was not knowledgeable and sounded like they were in a coffee shop. In the end I just asked for a refund of my payments. I am sure that this company want customers to sign up so they have a nice monthly income. They have no interest of serving their customers and are completely unprofessional.

I BEG EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY...TOTAL FRAUD.
Waited 47 days for a engineer....and still waiting.
Their staff are bitterly rude and once challenged they put down the phone.
Their staff from INDIA use their famous tag line 'YOU WILL DEFINETLY GET A CALL BACK' which never happens.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
My next task is reporting them to the FCA!!

Only got this star because couldn't go…
Only got this star because couldn't go any further without it!! Absolutely diabolical, waited 13 days for engineer to attend which happened 3 days ago who said we need a main motor, still no update and can't get through on the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT EVER ENTERTAIN THIS COWBOY OUTFIT!!!

Just had an unsolicited call from this company telling me my washing machine was out of warranty and they were calling to extend it for £4.99 a month.....
Let him waffle on and then when he went to close the sale, told him I did not have a washing machine!
Nice their contact numbers start 03333 and are therefore chargeable!
Try getting business from customer recommendations and not misrepresentations!

You can reach this company until you make the payment and when it comes to claim, they never respond to your email or pick your call. Keep Away completely!
