I also really liked how everything was documented online so I could keep track of costs (Which were reasonable). Homehub were really excellent. In a 6 hour period their team assembled and installed double glazed bifold doors and windows plus non standard angled sections to 2 sides of our newly built Orangery. Various matching cladding and trim to external sections made the finished installation look first class. Oh, and they never stopped for a cuppa or took lunch break. Left the job neat and tidy. What more could we want !!

I've used them a number of times, and they are what all good companies should be. The Tripple glazed windows they built and installed are amazing and well priced.

The customer service team (Marie Sayers) and aftercare is just brilliant.

Helpful and friendly staff at the showroom who were available to look at other options and answer our questions which followed after our visit. They were able to look at a couple of options for us and help us find the right products for our build. Once we had ordered the process was smooth and straightforward. When we needed to adjust survey dates they were able to accommodate this. As a result of their flexibility they were able to give us a date for installation that avoided further delays on our build which had been significantly affected by the poor weather, their support was much appreciated.

Highly recommended. We bought Origin bifolds. Sales staff were knowledgeable, patient (we took 6 months to buy), polite and informative. Process was seamless and price was cheaper than other suppliers. Installation was efficient and painless. Excellent from start to finish.

26 separate issues with our order and installation and then still the company did not want to fairly reimburse us. Very stressful and troublesome company to deal with. It seems like nothing worked with the new IT system and many people have also left the business. Be careful!

Other sites rate them highly, but as a customer, I was never invited to review ... why??
