Homewode is a big SCAM. They do not deliver the goods. No reply on emails send. Bobby Pacchala, Mujafar Alam and Ismail Ahmed Ameer are fake 5 star reviews. I found them all 3 giving reviews on lemonproxy.net. What are the odds! Useless people!

Another scammed customer….just like everybody else I fell prey to the scam. Bought something back in January 2023 (now June 2023). Said twice they resent it. Have now asked for a refund but they won’t reply. At least it was only $35, but just want others to know not to buy here!

I've been shopping at this online store for a while now and they never disappoint. Quality of my two shirts are better than my expection, and the shipping is always fast. Highly recommended!

They billed my credit card twice! Refused to answer my emails. I asked my CC company to intervene. They swore they shipped and billed me twice!!!

Homewode has an incorrect sizing guide that is listed on their website. I ordered an XL with a listed sizing bust of 46". I'm a 40aa and I can't bring my hands together in the dress, it's so tight in the bust. I measured the dress and it's 39", not the 46" and the company is refusing to make good on their "we'll make it right" policy, especially since the error is on their end and are insisting I return them to China (at MY expense) to get refunded.
If I order any clothing, I expect it to fit as per the company's guidelines/sizing guide.
Customer service at Homewode SUCKS at best. All they keep telling me is, no matter if they have posted a sizing guide that is WAY OFF, it's on ME to spend $50 to ship back 2, $40 dresses that I cant use. I got these two dresses for the filming of The Chosen I'm going to be an extra for in three weeks. Not nearly enough time to do a return to China and they don't care they've really mucked up costuming plans.
I wouldn't spend another dime with them.

Scammers out to only take ppls money! I cud only wish i had seen these reviews before ordering something from them but Im just glad that I got My Money Back through Paypal ! I explained that my story is the same as many here
That i never got my order and it was sent supposedly by accident to another city in there Mail Box
They are liers even there emails looked suspicious not of a actual store or company they claimed to resend and I asked many times for the new tracking and they never gave it to me or wud respond to that and if anyone sees this and u used paypal payment id call then and they will help u get ur money back!! I also mentioned to them these reviews that I dont see on there actual site and i can only hope they
take this site down and that these ppl pay for scamming ppl and taking there money and not sending them wat they purchased

Them ! I can only hope now that ppl will get there money one way or another back from these ppl that have no shame instead of getting a real job working honestly instead of hurting ppl and scamming them

Har købt 3 sweaters og de 2 var ok , dårligere kvalitet end forventet men nogenlunde ok,
Men den 3. var en helt anden end den bestilte og efter min mening grim.
Nu forlanger Homewode at jeg skal betale porto udgifter for at sende den tilbage hvilket er helt urimeligt da det er dem der har lavet en fejl og med de porto priser der er vælger jeg at smide sweateren til genbrug og mister derved mine godt 30€ og jeg handler aldrig mere ved homewode og vil ikke råde andre til at købe noget der . Så dårlig en service har jeg ikke mødt andre steder, de burde straks undskylde fejlen og straks afsende den rigtige og så kunne kureren få den forkerte med tilbage uden udgifter for mig . Trist man ikke kan give 0 stjerner

I never received order and was told it would be reordered. Never received the supposedly reorder either. And as the other persons review now no response or answer to emails. Requested refund and never got a response.

Terrible experience and I am still out the money I spent on a Homewode product that I never received (and doubt was ever sent). The company said they would replace the missing purchase but, surprise, it never showed up. Currently, Homewode no longer answers my email requesting a refund.

TOTAL FAKE Company! I ordered small motor on Jan. 2023, They sent tracking info, says was delivered to wrong state! 3 emails later, no contact, no motor, no refund! DO NOT order from this company!

Ordered an item and never received it, they said they would send it again, but again never received it.
After this I contacted them over and over again but no repsonse anymore, and gone is my 50,- euro ++
Never ever again anything from these thieves.

A zero is not listed..it’s taken a lot of my time resolving a refund. Never saw a company go the extreme to scam you. Bogus shipping info.. the worst of the worst. but they continue to be in business to scam more people. PayPal listed them as scammers but still was wasn’t much help..my bank did help.

Goods sent with wrong tracking number. Needless to say never arrived. Austpost tried to find parcel but it never existed.
Ripped off, avoid homewode like the plague.

They are liars and do not deliver. I ordered a V8 engine model for ~$50.00, Dec 2022. It never came. Their last mail suggested it was delivered to another city. I sent them many emails and finally they said they would send another. They never did. I lost my cash and I’m very upset.

Scam scam scam
Ordered Christmas decorations & the tracking said it was delivered to other side of my country. When I told them this I was told they’d send a new package. I never received the new tracking number of my package. They’re currently ignoring my emails.

I ordered a lava blue ocean dragon egg as a birthday gift for my Granddaughter (year of the dragon). The coloration advertised was very vibrant and the photograph resembled an egg from lava!

I received a disgustingly dull, putrid colored supposed dragon. I would not gift this to anyone. I want a refund of my money
