Absolute crap. Ordered two automatic doors for my henhouses, NEVER ARRIVED. I sent multiple emails t let them know, asking about shipping status. The tracking info I had said it was delivered to Michigan, yet I am in Arizona. Finally having given up on dealing with such unprofessionalism, I requested a refund in January. For this request, I have sent 3 emails in the space of one month, and the only answer I get is "we are checking on it." I have NO IDEA where this company is based, but it seems to be a complete and total FRAUD. Stay away. Pinterest posts are no indication of legitimacy. I have still not received a refund, but hope they show themselves to be simply unprofessional rather than COMPLETE AND TOTAL CON ARTISTS. Bottom line, this company is NOT LEGITIMATE.

Am currently wondering why with so many negative reports the site remains visible specially on Pinterest who seem to host scores of such sites.
Same experience with me with Danivario.com and Volsia both hosted on Pinterest: contacted, they plead they do their utmost to ban those sites.

Did not receive WEDDING DRESS I ordered. Company will not respond to emails.

I have figured out their scam. They NEVER ship to the correct address and eventually refund the cost of the item purchased BUT they do not refund shipping charges.

This is a scam to collect and keep the shipping cost and it is all profit because they NEVER ship anything.

I complained to Pinterest and Homewode will likely be taken off the Pinterest board completely based on the response I received

They are liars and do not deliver. I ordered a V8 engine model for ~$50.00. It never came. The phony log suggested it was delivered to another city. I sent them many emails and finally they said they would send another. They never did. They only use PayPal for purchase and PayPal was not helpful. My bank is fighting the charge. STAY AWAY !

I guess I should have read reviews before ordering the wood splitter. When I checked on the order status it said it was delivered to a mailbox in GA, and I am in CO. Sent 2 emails asking about it but crickets! Pinterest should not allow them on their site if they are scamming from customers!

Allegedly sent, status showed delivered, nothing happened. Allegedly they sent again, there is no tracking, nothing came, it's been two months. They even stopped responding to emails.

homewode and pinterest are the same thiefs FBI should be looking at them two and rcmp in canada because its not only americans they scam canadians too RCMP FOR AMERICANS means royal canadian mountain police for us its the equivelent of FBI i just cant believe the law is letting them steal our money just like that we all need to call the law to stop this i would love to go hunting way back in the woods with the owners of these two bad compagnies the count for them coming back would be very low. mario fortier they got me too i would love to do something bad to them like there doing to us

A current rating of 2.0 is too generous. I have tried to contact homewode by email and it seems that there web address is incorrect. The tracker shows that my order was delivered but it was not.
I cannot find a contact number for homewode so it looks little me I’m out of luck.
Pinterest should have some accountability since they allow homewode to advertise on the Pinterest site.

BEWARE! Chinese site that does NOT accept returns to the address in the Netherlands it sends you items from. It will make you return an item to a random warehouse in China and THEN (maybe) issue a refund.

Please, please stay away from this site!!!
Not legitimate at all in handling customer service and you will be so sorry you ever engaged with them if there is ANY problem with your item.

I received the ordered drill locator Q-16-01 and there are no assembly instructions. I just received a whole bunch of pieces and bolts but no guide as to how it is assembled, I have tried to get instructions by e-mail but this is as far as I have gotten. I won't even try to return it.

On the 8th of September I bought Potter's Alley at homewode.com. On the 24th of October I still haven't received my product. I contacted customer support several times but I got no reply. This company is FAKE and they are just out to STEAL your money. Don't buy any products from homewode.com!

Horrible product. I bought the huge dragon head....lol huge my butt, it's just under the size of two pop cans. Cheap horrible products for the price they charge. Do not order their ads are misleading, even YouTube showed a huge dragon head so why did I receive shrunken dragon heads. Cheap crap don't buy here
