For me, the hotel was great! Everyone was very friendly, the room was very clean, and the location was perfect for the theme parks. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent in every way. The service, the rooms views, the bed. The hotel is beautifully located in the coast which you can see the sunset from your room.
I was very pleased with the stay. Will definitely come back!

Huentala has a wonderful mix of charm and convience. They have professional, english speaking staff (as needed), along with easy resturaunt options in house or nearby. A lot of tours pick up at this hotel for nearby wineries and other activities. The room was great with Juliet balconies and cool art. Huentala shares facilities with the Sheraton next door. Those (pool, spa, bar) were easily accessible. Location is amazing, right in downtown Mendoza.

It was easy to make reservations. Also called the travel desk & they were very helpful too.

The proccess was quick and easy.

The people at the front desk were so kind and knowledgeable about the city. Claudia was especially helpful to my friend who had a baggage problem with SAS. The hotel is beautiful and kept up so we'll. Great room. Also liked our dinner at the Grill and breakfast every day was spectacular!

Nice place. Continental breakfast was great! Much better all the way around than your average hotel. Room was nice and spacious. A/c was a little noisy, but did the job for the most part.

The doormen , front desk, concierge , hosts and hostesses and housekeeping. The restaurant is spectacular at am, lunch and dinner. I will stay here again!

Excellent friendly staff across the hotel. Only one negative.... having a food establishment on site that you cannot charge to your room? Seriously?

First, this company comes up as a “sponsored” listing when you search directly for the hotel you want to book at. It’s deceiving and you think you are directly booking through the hotel. I’m sure this site is fine if you don’t need to change your reservation. I called the number they provided and the hotel couldn’t find my reservation anywhere. They said I booked through Expedia and that was news to me. Called Expedia and couldn’t get to a real person to change my reservation. The ONLY way to contact this business is through email. I didn’t get a response until 4- 5 days after I emailed them. By then I had cancelled the reservation because I thought it was all a scam. What a needless amount of stress this has caused me. I was 100% sure to book directly through the hotel the second time. Now, I wait and hope the refund goes through for my cancelled reservation.
