Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Whole order arrived badly damaged to all boxes of radiators. packaging was open at end and protective supports all coming loose out of pack.
Valve bag was compltley ripped open. Valves literally were rolling in the back of DX delivery van. Parts were missing from this also.
I have been trying to get them to return items and exchange but after several days still no success. Will perform a charge back on credit card and will not order again from this company.
I am made to feel like i should accept damaged boxes, missing parts and minor imperfections to my order.

The sign of a good company is when things don't go so well.
I made a mistake in ordering some radiator valves for a new project incorrectly, I contacted Hotradiator and told them of my problem. No fuss, no drama just return the valves for a refund and re order the correct valves. Prompt delivery great service very good company.
