Creamy, dreamy Paradise collection
I purchased the Paradise collection and it is paradise! The colors are beautiful and the polish paints like a dream. It's smooth, creamy and covers perfectly. Def plan on buying more colors from them!
I was also thrilled with the speed of delivery and the great packaging. The polish was very securely packed, no way to move around in the box, plus each bottle was in it's own box, so very nice package. Even more exciting was that it was delivered 3 days after I ordered it. That was a surprise!

This nail polish is horrible
This nail polish is horrible. It does not go on well,very streaky, and it takes 3 coats to get a somewhat even coat. It takes forever to dry. I allowed more than an hour to let it dry before I went to bed. In the morning, a sizeable piece of polish had come off on one of my big toes. The company does not not accept returns,and there is no phone number to call. Very disappointing.

We are so sorry that you are dissatisfied with our products and would like to see if we can work through any issues that you had with our lacquers. We see that you did not include our top coat with your order. We highly recommend using a top coat when polishing your nails as it will help protect your mani and make it last much longer. It will also help significantly in the drying process. We also see you used 3 coats, which could also be a reason as to it not drying well (also considering how thick the coats were applied). Please keep in mind, Ballet blanc is meant to be a very shear nude polish and not meant for multiple coats. We would love to hear back from you regarding this.
We also apologize if you are unhappy with our return policy. Please know we will always do our best to help rectify any situation in which you are dissatisfied.

Exactly as pictured, it took me 3-4 coats to get even coverage. Clear coat dried hard and kept nails protected for several days. Manicure polish began chipping on day 5 (which is to be expected with polish). Pedicure polish is still in great condition and I expect that to wear/last much longer. Was slightly disappointed that the crystal tops don't stay on the brush handle - buyers should know they are mostly decorative and don't serve a purpose in painting your nails.

We replaced your broken polish immediately, even though you did not provide us with any photo or documentation that it arrived broken, which is our policy. I see that it is set to be delivered to your door today. We also provided you with a discount of $5.95 to cover the cost of shipping on a new order if you wanted a different color than the one you originally purchased. We responded back to you in a timely matter during our normal business hours. Many of your e-mails were on Saturday evening and Sunday, in which we are not in office. We did not offer you a refund, as we replaced your item free of charge, even without any type of proof of damage. We do understand that sometimes things do not work out with between brands and customers. We wish you the best of luck in the future with all of your beauty needs.

Gorgeous colors
Gorgeous colors, and of course, the cruelty free/vegan part is what got me to try this. Very pretty bottles. One thing to note is that the paint on top of the bottle chipped upon first time opening it, so now looks less pretty.
