Poor Customer Service
Haitham A who works for customer service was also rude to me. I’m vegetarian and my meal came with meat. Haitham A basically called me a liar and cut the conversation off with a ❤️. Very frustrating.

As someone who pays for H plus delivery and orders through the app almost daily, I am utterly disgusted by the customer service.
Extremely rude, unfair and completely incompetent.
I've received the wrong order too many times to count and have a dairy allergy where the wrong items are sent and order isn't followed. I explain it all to hunger stations customer service representative who are extremely slow, and they resolve absolutely nothing. They try to fob you off with 10sar as a solution while not refunding a penny for the wrong order and tell you that you are making things up because you are unhappy with the solution (Haitham A who works in customer service precisely said this to me which is beyond rude). My last order arrived cold with cheese and the item that arrived was different to the description of the item I selected on the menu and Haitham closed the chat twice without resolving anything after keeping me waiting for literally over 30 minutes through a pointless chat that resolved nothing.
Imagine you make an order and you have an allergy and the restaraunt sends you the wrong item , COLD, with the ingredient you are allergic to and you complain- the restaraunt would give you a full refund or replace the items for their mistake and this is exactly hunger stations responsibility in this circumstance and they have done nothing.
I strongly advise all customers to start using Jahez and other apps. You may think you're paying less with hunger station but often times some items are priced higher and they make money by giving you a 30sar minimum spend everytime before free delivery is applied (even with H plus delivery membership) and often times drivers don't follow instructions and items arrive late/ cold and COMPLETELY WRONG!
Once my membership expires I will not be using hunger station anymore and if you want good quality customer service, competence and fairness with a company that values their loyal customers, go elsewhere where.
If hunger station continue like this , I assure you it won't be long before they end up closing down.
One star is too much
One star is too much. Order was shown as delivered when it was not. Most of the time the orders are late because the driver can’t find the location.Totally incompetent management and is really a waste of time. Orders are never refunded.
My money was taken
Order canceled twice with no refund of money. Although costumer service said they would refund. Absolutely avoid using them. Unprofessional costumer service reps. And no reply to my emails.
Awful customer service
I spoke to Hungerstation customer service agent due to an issue with an order I had. The agen “Abdullah” was incredibly rude and abusive! I was speechless! I wish I read these reviews before using this appalling company!

Ordered 2 steak and cheese Subway sandwiches with multiple add-ons. We received bread and steak ... no cheese, no vegetables, no sauces. No add ons whatsoever. When contacting the customer chat support he was sure that I had not ordered any add ons and told me to check my order. It doesn't show me the addons. This is not the first time this has happened. The app is difficult to use especially when trying to place complaints or issues!! User be ware. This is besides the fact that hunger station prices are higher than menu prices of restaurants and the fact that there are delivery charges on top of that!!

I ordered two orders from KFC
I ordered two orders from KFC, the first one I was waiting 3 hours and it didn't turn up, the second one i as driving around for an hour and still didn't meet the driver. He also spoke no English, I have been trying to geta refund or a credit note for the past week with no response. This is disgusting service, and I will not be ordering from them again.
Terrible delivery and customer service
Initially had a problem with delivery guy. He was very ride and keep asking for more money to do the delivery.
Complained to customer service and got the same response. Agent even closed the chat without hearing my side of the issue.

Hunger Station is a half baked company that doesn't deliver what it claims to. Imagine ordering food from an online delivery platform, getting no food and paying for the pleasure.
Well maybe it was a mistake so you contact Customer service. No response. Days later one arrives asking, wait for it; did you receive your food?
What a sorry excuse for a company. It's all in the name people. When you use this joke of an App you end up with a station of hunger residing within your stomach!
