I requested a delivery from HungerStation. The driver was very late and I called him and he was lost and I tried to give him directions but he was very rude. He did not deliver the order and marked it as delivered in the application. I contacted HungerStation. They did not help and never refunded my money. Will never use HungerStation again

Worst experience

The driver was 1 hour late and I called him and he was lost and I tried to give him directions but no results. He did not deliver the order and marked it as delivered in the application. I contacted HungerStation. They never refunded my money. Will never use HungerStation again!

HungerStation

Hi, I am back on Hunger Station, today I was invited to experience a possible new prototype for the HungerStation App order confirmation page, basically what we will get to see after we place an order. I am so happy that now when I order, I either choose Apple Pay or cash on delivery, but most of the time Apple Pay because I receive triple confirmation that my order is paid in advance. I am actually enjoying the HungerStation experience now that I live and work in Saudi Arabia. As well as being aware of when all the opening and closing times are, so I always get my order delivered swiftly.😀

Terrible Customer service from Sulaiman B.

I spoke to this guy on more than one occasion for one order that never arrived. In every chat on the day, he would tell me the order was on its way. The order never came. The next day, I ended up chatting with this guy again and asked for a refund. His Reponses were "I can't" and "sorry". Absolutely no professionalism what so ever. definitely stay away form this app

Absolutely awful customer service and…

Absolutely awful customer service and full of lies.
I recently ordered from food them in Riyadh, I waited few hours but my food never arrived nor did I get a call so I called them to enquire, they told me the food was delivered, which is a lie because I wasn’t delivered.
I tried to raise the matter on the app live chat but they were just rude and unhelpful.

I was refused refund. Fair to say I won’t be using their services again.

Tourist in Saudi and have been using Hunger Station. In Australia I use Uber Eats so Im used to a professional company. Hunger Station drivers call and unfortunately I do not speak Arabic. But Im wondering why they need to call in the first place. Uber Eats just deliver. Last week i did not receive my order. But i was told i must answer the drivers phone call. what a joke. Just deliver the food!!!! Beware of this company. Bad experience.

Horrendous customer service by Sulaiman B. - order came with missing ingredients, he said "you have to add them" - I showed him there is no add option for these dishes. He said "can't help you" and closed the ticket. Absolutely unprofessional!

Hunger Station is awful

Hunger Station is awful! Customer Support is never available. The mobile app Help/Support does not work. As a female, I have ordered food, just to have the drivers call my number back and harass me for a date or to hook up with them. It is humiliating and I consider it to be very harassing. I would like for them to train their drivers not to do this. I have tried contacting them about this but the Help/Support is never available.

Very tricky payment methods

Very tricky payment methods, no guarantee that your things will be delivered if you make prepayment. No cancellation or refund options found. Delivery boys are very unprofessional and not at all pleasing, many times rude too. Complete disaster

Terrible app

Terrible app, terrible service! when they brought me one product instead of another, I wrote in support and I received an answer only after a few days, and then! the answer was in Arabic, and I wrote to them in English, I have never experienced such poor service and communication with clients. The food always arrives cold and not tasty, there is no one to complain to, the restaurant cannot be rated, discount codes do not work! I do not understand how such rubbish was allowed to work! HungerStation Your app need a good check and for someone to shut you down!

Pizza Inn in Riyadh

Pizza Inn in Riyadh - the food was stone cold when it arrived and some was missing. They would not deliver the missing meal. Very disappointing

I ordered pizza through HungerStation

I ordered pizza through HungerStation. The order came minus one pizza. When i found out I was short I contacted them immediately and they said that the driver could not return with my pizza as he was too far gone. I asked for a refund - when i checked my bank account over a week later they had not refunded the money and totally ignored the problem. I contacted them again and all they did was apologize and say they would look into the matter and get someone to contact me. Which has not happened. To me this is theft - I paid for something which I did not receive and no real attempt has been made to pay me back. Disgraceful

False alarm

When I ordered from HungerStation for the first time, I was given a voucher that is to be used on checkout. I was wondering why no amount reflected any deduction on my account. The delivery was quick though. However, the delivery guy asked me to pay the undiscounted amount. It seems the voucher is just some false alarm.

Very bad stuff and cheap

Quick market brought me very bad chicken smells like dead body, I ordered fresh chicken but they buy the stuff from very cheap place . Thanks god my little baby didn’t eat it and no food poisoning :(

I was ordering Paul through…

I was ordering Paul through HungerStation and they say it will arrive in 45 minutes. After one hour, they say preparing order. I contacted HungerStation and asked where’s my order they say they are running late they will deliver to you as soon as possible. After two hours after I made the order I told them to cancel my order.

Thieves. Simple as that. Double charge for one delivery then do not even refund the overcharge, even though evidence was provided of the overcharge. Do not use them....EVER
