Hydeandrowe Avis

Helped me complete the purchase of my house faster than expected. We actually got more than the expected asking price so wer over the moon! Dont go antwhere else in my opionion.

Excellent company for lettings. I use them for a few of the properties in my portfolio in the area. Can't fault them in over 5 years of doing business together.

Really nice experience with them yesterday. I was shown around a fab place near where I live now. I am so happy I wont need to leave the area I grew up in to find my dream place !

I should offer my sincere gratitude to Mel, who found a suitable place for my family, when we were in a dufficult situation. She is a responsible and polite agent and really trustworthy. Appreciate your great service. Wish you all the very best!

The agent was really professional and friendly. Excellent communication and customer service" A big thank you to Melanie who helped us around the property and was able to help us close a deal within our timeframe.

Brilliant company! I highly recommend their services to anyone in the Acton area. They were very flexible with showing me the properties. Even though my car broke down on the way to the viewing, the agent waited for me and made sure I got to see it. There were other people interested but I must of done something right because I got it and they went with me. Over the moon right now!

As like many other landlords who have posted reviews here my experience with this company has been dire. No rent increase for 10 years although they take more rent from Councils. No inspections at all, the property has not been looked after by the tenant and problems have not been reported. Gave notice last July and I still don't have the property back and they have paid no rent for the last three months! I phone and send emails all the time being constantly told someone will get back to me. Not once has anyone done so. Nothing gets resolved, they are not to be trusted. I am planning on court action. Please do not consider using them ever.

Positive reviews are fake. This company is run by frauds. Will take your money and then leave you high and dry. But please don’t give up if your are contemplating court action. See it through to the end. ! This company is going down the pan where it belongs.

A great experience with this agent. I would recommend them from start to finish on their exemplary service.

Excellent service.
Friendly. efficient and highly professional

A fantastic experience..
I made an online enquiry and get a immediate response. Helpful and amazing communication skills.
Request a valuation and was provided with lots of tips and useful information.
Signed on the dotted line.

I am over the moon with the service I received from this company. Really nice group of people and highly professional in every way. Very helpful in all areas. Thank you Hyde and Rowe. I will definitely be recommending you to my friends.

Very thankful for all the efforts this agency has done with helping me find a suitable home for me and my family. My advice is to use them as they do their best to help.

Very good service. Loved my experience here. Recommended!

I cannot believe how crafty these people are.
They now have their employees writing their reviews. I was looking through their "good" reviews because I cannot believe anyone would have a good experience with them.

I’m Happy
I heard about Hyde and Rowe through a friend, who’s property has been managed by them for years. I have now been with them for 8 months, never had any problems with them. The few issues at the property were dealt with promptly, and I was always updated.

Date of experience: 01 June 2023

THIS LADY WORKS AT HYDE AND ROWE!!!!!!

They are the ultimate con artists!

I wrote a review in early 2023 on All Agents and see someone has added a comment on my review which I suspect is not genuine. Only realised that because I was automatically notified by All Agents. Note that there are either 1 star or 5 star reviews here which should raise alarm bells. I do not use them now, fortunately, but understand that if you are a landlord with just one property, it can be a nightmare, and not just finacially. Spend time choosing the right agent, the number of brances should not be the deciding factor.

This company and the staff are refusing to pay my backdated rent , I think they are frauds and scammers
They have lied to me , and will not answer my calls , and have blatantly ignored my requests for my monies owed .

Have had the best experience working with hydeandrowe. Michelle was outstanding and always available for us.
Highly recommend.

Hydeandrowe provided me with a superb assistance through the process of renting my property. I have been very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Thank you so much for all your efforts.

Really nice to deal with on all of our recent sales. They go the extra mile and build a good rapport, which is refreshing these days.
